    @bsnl_care Dear sir It is also sad to inform you that every two or three days the BSNL tower is shut down due to which thousands of consumers have to face problems. When we talk to the local JE, we are repeatedly told that the cable gets cut Is cable cut every day?

    @gttj007 Hi Gaurav, we understand your concern. We checked your plan and BSNL ICR coverage is available only in no Jio coverage areas. You will get latched when your phone is in BSNL ICR tower coverage. Once you are latched on the BSNL network the pack will be activated. We can (1/3)

    @BsnlCmd @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate I visited BSNL office Anna Nagar yesterday and replaced by 3G sim to 4G after fresh KYC. SIM not activated after 20 hrs now. Your customer care says go to the office where you bought sim. Why are you harassing customer like this ? No one cares.

    @bsnl_care Today i am getting Rs 2406 new bill of my disconnected bsnl broadband why...already i disconnected 10-11 mnths ago..we dont have enough time to deal with this type of problem after disconnection how it is possible to get a bill after 10month plz solve this immediately
