    Assam moots, are you guys having problems with bsnl and Airtel network since the start of this week? Exchange office at my place told me that the main office at Kolkata caught fire so they're still working on fixing everything.

    @BSNL_KTK The BSNL cable has been cut cuz of road widening and it’s been 3 days and no technician has come to the location. Prem Kumar( 9449090297) is the JTO here and has closed the complaint raised through customer care without any work

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate pathetic service. Almost every day BB is down. Why is Prem Kumar paid salary when he is not able to resolve such less populated area. Rashi Aiyappa is the contractor for BSNL fibre and is demanding money and says there’s no labor to give connection

    @BSNLCorporate I tried calling so-called BSNL helpline no (+91 120-2965012) and wait for 5 to 10 min on call and then suddenly someone picks my call and instantly in 1 sec they Hangup my call and this is not my first time facing this issue. #bsnlscam Janta ko lootna band karo

    @CMDBSNL, For slow Internet Speed I complaint many times but nothing happened i think they don't want to work hard because They all are fixed Govt paid Officers & Employees who are not afraid of getting fired or salary cut on their careless attitude towards their Duties. #BSNL

    @BSNL_KTK I had ported my network to BSNL after activation all my incoming calls got bared and getting message that this number is not in use.. I raised the issue customer care not responded properly

    @BSNLCorporate @oankito I thought bsnl was upgrading it's image , what the use if you can't call. I say switch if they don't resolve the problem.
