So finally I have decided to switch the BSNL. Kindly share the procedure for port from BSNL to other operator and reimburse my amount.

I tried to reach out to nearest @BSNL_KOTD office in Budge Budge and the executive is saying the employee is out of office for 10 days from 1st of may, and till now they don't know when he will come back, in 10km radius we don't have any office, please fix this problem. #BSNL

Your airtel service is worst than bsnl service , your engineer don't have wire , no dp point they only need Happy code n make customer unhappy. Customer care support is also poor with no coordination between team members n ground team .
