@BSNLCorporate Sir/madam, passing 01 more day in search of UPC for MNP. What is irony that a national level Telecom Operator is not in position to redress the very easy grievance ?? How customer will prefer BSNL. No one is having concern in regards to pain and difficulties of Customer. Regards

@BSNLCorporate The staff of the counter of the BSNL exchange, opp- bangali club, Port Blair not available at 14:17 hours. It is very serious issue, and not citizen charter also not available nor lunch time is mentioned any where at the place of counters.

@TRAI @CMDBSNL : Due to low & weak network, I want to port my SIM from BSNL.Continuously trying from 10 days for UPC through SMSto 1900 (PORT 94xxxxxx66) for MNP but BSNL is passing bugs in name of Technical issues. How BSNL is ignoring need of customer.Plz do needful urgently.

@BSNLCorporate Problem resolved but bsnl took 3 months to resolve a trivial issue. The technician hardly took 10 minutes to rectify. But thanks to higher management who took the pain but the working of ground staff needs to be fixed up thoroughly. They are causing serious damage to bsnl image.
