@thekaipullai It's a waste of money. I went to bsnl office 3 times to get my Sim changed to a micro Sim. The office is always locked. Finally ported the number to another network

As needed a cancelled cheque indicating bank details submitted with it on 22-4-2022. Unfortunately the cheque was misplaced by BSNL and till now not processed. 06612956003, 2640404.

Happy news that govt of india investing 1.6 l cr for improvement BSNL&MTNL but simple logic govt has to open lot of outlets for issue SIM cards and recharge like private services
