@BSNLCorporate I have my Landline and Broadband connection from BSNL . The phone and Broadband is dead from last Friday. COMPLAINT No 1057771305 given on Friday. No response on the issue nearest exchange does no pick up call. Please help I have to WFH.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN your customer care executive is saying to receive the message, I need to do top-up where as I already recharged with 108 plan. What kind of customer service you are running? They are not even bothering to check the details. @TRAI this is the state of BSNL.
