You oppose privatization of government companies but won't go to government hospitals or banks. Won't use govt (bsnl) mobile network. Won't go to government school etc. You oppose privatization because you want to earn more by working less in govt job.

@airtelindia Better to go with BSNL Airtel and BSNL are same in quality of service, coverage and data at least BSNL is cheeper…

We are interested in bsnl but can't get proper facility. I enqrd in Dhankwadi bsnl office but they said in my area there is no phisibility.

Jio is the most awful network service provider. You have to provide good service if you want to gain support from customers. You will not survive in the market by using the tag"MAKE IN INDIA". Bsnl is providing better data connectivity than jio.

@BSNLCorporate Why am i getting these messages to pay for a dead phone? Seriously BSNL has no customer service. Is it understood thar my phone has been dead for over a year & now i have given application for disconnection, why such messages now!

@BSNLCorporate Customer care rep told me that after 2 days it will be updated as validity of my last recharge is available for next 2 days. Upto then my main balance will be contine to deduct. What a useless policy being followed by BSNL that too in today's era,

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir , I am bsnl broadband user since last 2 years... everything is fine when service is OK...but when service down like fiber cut ...restoration time is almost 24 hrs or more.. the engineers also not responded.. , Kindly suggest how to work in this situation..
