    @BSNLCorporate As mentioned earlier, this problem is not related to one off fiber cut issue. Have had on and off connectivity issues for many days. Vrintel telecom who brought BSNL to our society informed that alternate config is pending your action and can fix this issue for good. Pls advise.

    @BSNLCorporate UPI Transaction id: 200900505128. Been more than 24 hours now. Still the bill payment hasn't been updated on bsnl's end. Why are you super slow in updating bill payments bsnl? Compared to other ISPs your billing system is the WORST EVER! Please improve your billing

    @CMDBSNL @MEAIndia @OIA_MEA Joined December 2013 I have been migrated from Jio to BSNL on 9/01/2021. I can't able to use internet. I asked customer care officer in this regard. He replied send sms START to 1925.problem is still unresolved. My BSNL prepaid number is 7001162299.

    @BSNL_AS I have already said I have ignored I am in Jio they are asking KYC of BSNL The question is should you guys too ignore it? What will happen with the poor citizens if we all ignore they will be cheated by fraudsters and who will be blamed for this? Question to @DoT_India @PMOIndia

    @BSNL_UPW 3rd class service.. I have port my VI no to BSNL.. No connectivity.. Slow Internet.. No transparency..I have remorse to my decision...
