1 week passed but no follow up taken by bsnl. Same problem no internet when electricity gone and phone dead. Same response from twitter as well. Only assurance from bsnl but no work on ground. Will you see the matter

@BSNL_MH No customer care number in Solapur is in use. It only rings but no one attends the call. If this is the quality of service of bsnl staff, how can they oppose it's privatisation?. Iam calling bsnl office to register complaint but no response

@pvsubramanyam India Post is like BSNL. Aging and with extremely bad service but still an essential cog in the rural areas. Service levels don't need to go spectacularly high up but some adoption of technology is certainly required + a little increase in empathy by the employees.
