They are talking rudely with customers and cut the call under 10 Sec. They make excuses instead of resolving the customer issue.

Look at what happened to Air India, BSNL etc. When there's a competition from private, Govt infra will collapse. The only saving grace in Chennai is the airport metro. BLR & HYD are lagging in that.... Airport management is always a professional job. Unfortunately, Govt bodies are not equipped nor capable of doing that.
