    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia BSNL is a govt network but it's always not good service .. no any one respond our grievance .... BSNL service off from yesterday .. that office is always close no any one at there .

    @rsprasad Sir Namaskar BSNL is always problem at BUDHAMBO under Ganjam district of odisha.. we are unable to do postal work properly.always net work fail . if we inquiry about problem reply came no diesel supply for generator operate.What we will do. Plz take look in this matter

    You can't get an E-Sim of BSNL at the shamshabad BSNL office, Hyderabad. The staff says "go to the main office at lakdikapul" with arrogance. Wrap your incompetent offices & services in your ***. @BSNLCorporate @BsnlTelangana @CMDBSNL. The customer demands an explanation.

    @BSNLCorporate It'd be better if BSNL was privatized. What a pathetic service. I can't even access most of the websites. Only few sites like youtube and x are working. Wish my town had @reliancejio fiber connection instead of air fiber which is just 5g in the name of fiber.

    @bsnl_care @TRAI @BSNLCorporate It’s been 13 days and there is still no network on this SIM. Even the BSNL team has no information on why the service is down. I have already paid ₹300 for the recharge, which I’m sure I’ll never get back. Please stop scamming customers like this.

    @_ChaubeyJi @hellfire_81 Correct also another unfortunate fact is even if some private companies replace HAL, they will start making losses but won't be shut down. Govt will keep bailing them out.. Just like Private companies replaced BSNL but taxpayer fund yearly losses of thousands of crores per year.

    @bsnl_care @VodafoneIdeaIN congratulations on starting services in mumbai . But your staff does not know of any valid BSNL recharge plan available for Mumbai . Tried using *123# service also but it is not responding. Pls provide link to valid plans for Mumbai.
