@BSNLCorporate Team, I have been chasing BSNL (Pathardi office, Dist-Ahmednagar Maharashtra) to re activate or re connect my fiber internet connection from last 2 days. But they are unable to do so after multiple follow ups. Can you help on this?

@BSNL_KL worst service provider. We are using land line phone for last 16 years. From last one year service is very poor. Most of the time Phone is not working, no dialtone ,noisy line etc . Our number 04812468462. We are going end the relationship with bsnl.@DoT_India

@BSNLCorporate ye kya bakwas hai jab BSNL ne automiatically mera plan change kiya to koi call nhi aur na hi koi visit. Complaint kiya to bhi koi relply na hi koi solution. horrible service. i will surrender this connection. better to go for other service.

@DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

Bsnl please upgrade your parour exchnge to fiber service. In my circle many user want fiber connection and vender ready to provide connection. But BSNL not upgrade parour exchnge under the Palampur exchnge (01894). So PLASE take action TRAI @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @gmtddma

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI I would like to know why BSNL is allowed to auto-debit, and take away customer choice, then harass the customer in this fashion? If not in contravention of your rules, it is both underhand and tantamount to cheating. Please take a look at BSNL's actions.

Sir,I got new BSNL Bharat fibernet connection in Nilgiris, TamilNadu on 11th June 2021. But last 20 days my Router showing (LOS) LOSS signal. So I unable to use Internet. I complaint several time to Customer Care, but till now not resolved my problem.
