Debadeep (@debadeep75) reported@bsnl_care "Simply ignore them" is not a solution. By that logic, BSNL can send unlimited unwanted messages and customers should just keep ignoring them? I complained because my inbox is being flooded with repetitive promotional SMS that I never requested.
