BSNL has highest & largest coverage .BSNL survived through congress but was reduced to garbage by BJP in a decade in favor of pvt.     @BSNLCorporate Network downtime needs to be reduced further; if a network outage on a Sunday means the issue won't be resolved until Monday, BSNL will never become anyone's primary SIM.
