    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 SIM claim is not matching with ground reality I am a sim seller, in jagdalpur BSNL office they are asking me to pay ₹50–₹60 for buying sim and telling only FRC is ₹1. I myself have purchased a SIM a few months ago under the ₹1 offer without extra SIM charge. Please Help me

    @TelecomTalk They should make a proposal to cancel validity in data packs even in bsnl validity is there..can't afford to recharge for 300 again if the cheapest 8gb data gets over..

    The BSNL network is completely down since yesterday morning. No OTP, no banking, not receiving any calls completely disconnected. Location: Panathur & Kadubeesanhalli, Bengaluru 560103. DM already sent Kindly do the needful at earliest

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 The customer will be left stranded once the new BSNL SIM fails to provide a network. Forget about 4G or 5G—even 2G will barely work.

    @BSNL_TN @DoT_India Recharged my BSNL number with ₹319 today Success received, but still unable to make/receive calls or SMS. Customer care is asking me to visit an office 25km away, which is not practical. Plz resolve this remotely!

    @TelecomTalk Initiative is good, but considering poor BSNL network and services, implementation might not be fruitful. First need to make BSNL full 5G ready with very good network and services. Then only people will consider using BSNL services, including the Govt sector.
