    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @MIB_India I had given a complain no 16825172642 on 2 jan 23 as my land phone is dead. My phone is still dead, no body came and check. But complain status is showing it’s solved. How???? If BSNL will provide such type of service no body can save it.

    @BSNLCorporate Hello BSNL Team, Following the instructions on the BSNL website, I called 1800-180-1502 to register my number. But, after entering OTP no response comes from other end. i tried for 5 times but same result. Could you please help me ?

    The BSNL network was totally shut down from Sunday last week(15.01.2023)..today 20.01.2023..please look into the matter as early as possible @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD
