    @MTNLOfficial My landline phone was laid to rest ( deactivated and surrendered) back in Oct'24. Poor handset was given a dignified farewell at the MTNL office and NoC was obtained. Now even after a year the bills are alive. BSNL/MTNL land, phones die but billing is eternal.

    No any update this is the major issue why BSNL fails in India due to poor restoration service no any body care about network and broadband service restoration

    **The internet is not working as of now** This is from Sector-6, Rohini, Delhi and when I put the sim of BSNL in other phones they didn't latch on to the 40439, mainly due to the new PLMN ID which the BSNL is using, so not really sure if it will work on older phones..
