@ragusmg2 I remember getting BSNL (sometimes Jio) network in remote villages near sirsi and yellapura, but only for calls and text. Haven't seen such coverage in US.

I am being charged double the amount of what my monthly pack for my BSNl fibre is . No way out was given by the customer care. No answer for the complaint raised. Now if I do not pay the extra amount, Disconnection is what I get. Please look into the matter @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS 398 plan recharged on 19 th july 2021, unable to browse for last 4 days. complained at bsnl Jorhat & Golaghat by phone call. they are inefficient and unable to solve problem. last month almost 2 weeks had same problem. AREA: Tenpur Golaghat. 😡😡😡

In our society, 10+ families paid for BSNL broadband connections. 1 family already switched to Railwire because of poor service. Other families are also thinking about alternate options because of frequent downtime and long time to fix issues. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ

@DoT_India Thank you. Please take necessary action for future outages. A service provider #BSNL must be quick to ack and fix the issues. Out of 25 days, 12 days has been of link being completely down. #No_Internet Currently link is up again since 25th July, 2021 1:30 PM .

@BSNLCorporate BSNL is about to close but till date no improvement in Services. I have online applied Bharat Fiber Connection Ref No.9000611452 but only call recieved and assurance that Vendor will contact you. Now 25days passed,No progress.I have ask to other service providers.
