@MithilaWaala @mohitlaws Intentional false narrative or stupidity. Simple search will tell you why companies closed down. BSNL would have died as well but for the transformation Modi’s is bringing in BSNL in the name of Atma Nirbhar. Kudos to BJP government a PSU unit can compete with other players

TELECOM COMPANIES before 2014 Idea Airtel BSNL Aircel Uninor Reliance Vodafone Videocon MTS India Tata Docomo TELECOM COMPANIES left after 2014: Jio Airtel Vodafone (barely surviving) Who destroyed all private players? And for whom? Today, even a poor villager in a rural area has to pay ₹200–300 every month just to make basic calls.

No Strong Public Sector Option BSNL could have provided a cheap alternative for rural poor, but it has been starved of 4G/5G rollout and modernization. With BSNL weak, private players dominate pricing.

@IndianTechGuide I think if BsNL gives you free service then also it is not worth bcz it will waste your time. They neither have network reach, data speed.

BSNL 4G – Hope or Hype? ✅ Cheap plans & rural reach where no private network works. ❌ But speed feels like 3G and rollout came too late. BSNL has potential, but can it really catch up in the 5G era? 🤔#Swadeshi4G
