    @purnachandra07 @Bharatashree Along with previous governments, this one also failed go bring customer friendly environment in BSNL. Very less chance of BSNL survival in this competitive environment with such customer service

    @cgm_mh_bsnl Bsnl have really worst customer service. I recharged my number through UPI and it says transaction fail and when I checked with my bank they say amt is successfully debited from UPI.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi. I have complaint many time to the bsnl customer care regarding to contractual obligation but still not solved.i am very disopointed from BSNL .it has very Very bad customer support for Mobile Network.Please remove this obligation. 9675683192

    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I am loyal BB user of BSNL from more than 3years till now but recently happened incident giving option to switch to others.. @BSNLCorporate really cared about customer service this wouldn’t happened. I have submitted request to closure of BB

    @nitishrajpute Taking an example of BSNL! pathetic service &admin whereas Airtel Vodafone Docomo etc came in to increase competition between themselves & benefited people and then lol Jio came&boom.. tho other companies haven't destroyed yet. Bt just am example
