    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare your network engineer denied to resolve my issue & insisted BSNL will need to fix this. I have a VI sim, why the hell would BSNL look into this? I WILL EXPOSE PHONE NUMBERS OF ALL YOUR ENGINEERS INVOLVED, IF YOU FAIL TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM.

I tried to contact customer care but failed due to unknow error. Such a disgusting service bsnl is giving. Ese bnega bharat Atmnirbhar.... Dindora pitne se ni krne se higa

    @jagograhakjago BSNL SIMs have not been on the net at home for the last 2 months, but their customer centers have been contacted several times but the network is still not on. Although my recharge of Rs 249 has been wasted, I want to take further action against them

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl team. Is anyone hearing. Is there any TAT for connection. We even paid advance for connection at BSNL office akola. But no one came to fix the connection. 5+ days passed.will I have to write to telecom minister now.

    @VkJoisG Sir /madam Beware of fraudulent messages/calls .Bsnl never asks such details to any random no.s or any link .Don’t ever share personal details with callers from unknown /suspicious no.s . In case of any doubt call 18001801503/1503 or visit nearby csc .Thank you

    @BSNL_KTK This is the reality of bsnl even if you have recharged 365rs 1year validity pack you will have to recharge unlimited pack or they will remove the signal if we call Customer care they will tell we have reset ur settings switch off & on ur mobile after 1hr. Same thing continues.

    @BSNL_KTK please note Mahalakshmi Layout Bangalore BSNL exchange is down even the complaints number itself is not working how do we register our complaints. The FTTP line is also down. Can you look into it.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan bad service, my complaint closed without resolve the issue. And constomer care told me visit bsnl office. Complaint no 1054235231. No option to complain again in portal .We need to visit office and complaint for it. Poor service and support.
