    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR MNP done from MP circle to Bihar. When I called customer care for tele verification, I am told that details are not updated against the number. If details are not updated then how come MNP request has been accepted. Very poor BSNL BIHAR service.

    Whereas your competitors are able to provide close to promised speeds. In BSNL, after complaining I get around 70 Mbps but that is just for a day. My wife works from home and most of the time she has to rely on mobile hotspot, because either the internet is down or speed is slow.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD Bsnl Network service is very bad the tower has gone from yesterday but till now no tower has been come. Disgusting Service. Bad Experience Form BSNL Network. Please Resolve the issue as early as possible.
