We are using BSNL since 9 years, we are regular customer of BSNL, have 7 connection in my family we trust BSNL that' is the only reason we are using BSNL service's but this kind of pathetic reply we never expect..

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Respected Sir, I am bsnl customer. I have bought a new sim card about 15days back, at that time the network was not unsatisfactory but now, it is becoming worst. And i mailed my complaint on appellate authority's mail. but they are not receiving mails.

1/2 Just my father got cyber scammed by this number 9827579833. He introduced himself as a BSNL operative and asked him to download team viewer quick support app to recharge his bsnl sim for rs 10. As his entered bank detail for Rs 10 recharge then 49k deducted. @Cyberdost
