    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India As a Network BSNL , they should announce their customers about 4g and time they need for rollout but bsnl is keeping quiet about 4g or atleast they should explain the status of 4g . private operators are clear about date in launching.

    @BSNLCorporate i am Already a customer of bsnl fiber from last 7 months. From Last 6,7 days no signal error from madium,I have call them near about 1000 times no body gave any respond to my phone, I am suffering badly.very poor service and unofficial behaviour of bsnl employees

    @vishutux Is jio alone is future?? Bsnl can't do it? .Dumbness is that to support private players instead of Public companies which will effect to maximise profit not public welfare because since jio came in market it has abolished market share of Bsnl

    @CMDBSNL I'm tip ftth Jasrana Mainpuri and I complaining about network issue and speed ,internet and all services. Foreign companies are installing tower every hour to attract customers and BSNL officers doing nothing to solve consumer complaints.what can I do Mob 8449443817

    @jazzz2215 @danishxr @jatinkhimasiya We Indians have bad habit if someone gets govt jobs they take it as a granted their behaviour towards the work change. Take BSNL as an example how many sales person of BSNL you saw approaching towards customer or any offices

    @jazzz2215 @danishxr @jatinkhimasiya I was broadband user of BSNL after sales service is pathetic. They only work for the sake of salary and permanent job. There should be fear of losing job then employees will start working efficiently. And this can be achieved only when private players will be allowed

    They didn't even include 599 in their brochure. While I contacted BSNL main office at my area, they were of NO use. No one giving customer the correct information. pincode: 515001, Anantapur, A.P. P.S: In BSNL office they also mentioned this 599 plan in their plan list (2/2)

    @BSNL_CG_Circle Hi Team, It's been 2months I am following up on the same issue, that was not fixed yet. When the service was not avail, why should I pay the bill. Do waive off my last two months bill. It's a new connection, is efficiency is the cause with BSNL?

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia BSNL is one govt entity where employees feel they are paid for doing no work..from 1.month I am behind them to fix my broadband issue nobody seems to care..plz privtaize BSNL so that we don't suffer lik this
