Dear @ViCustomerCare I ha e ported from BSNL to VI on 14/01/23. However my services have yet not started. On calling any no I get voice msg that my services have been temp withdrawn. Plz help as 5909 is not verifying as well.

@BSNL_UPW Made an online complaint on yesterday with reg no 1058692106 but no action yet. Customer care informing that it yakes 24-48 hrs for closing complaint. That response to complaint is one of Reason for shifting of BSNL base to private operators.

@BSNLCorporate I'm from patiala using BSNL FIBRE still not getting constant MS (ping) and sometimes speed is not enough to deliver a text message.From last 10 days this issue is not resolved. I already reached to provider , that's why m here n tweeting hope u gonna help!
