    @BSNLCorporate Thank you for your response. bsnl complaint 5/oct/2020: 1053627951. I managed to raise a complaint through customer care. But the issue is not resolved

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl FTTH is not working from last 3 days. In previous month September also only 17 days internet working . Worst services #BSNL . You take monthly bill of 900 and not providing services. There is always a problem of internet in BSNL. Never got 50 mbps #BSNL

    @GulistanNewsTV All services are worst ever i have experienced as my bill plan is 449 and bsnl is sending me a bill of rupees 779.And also the service remains off almost 25 days in a month and some time it works only for 10 minutes a day however,bill amount comes on time and more

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #bsnlftth I have been given old ONT device which do not support high speeds. My current plan is SS premium plus 999 plan. I am only getting 25mb to 30mb speed with this old device. Why am I not given dual band ONT device ?? #bsnl #bsnlBengaluru

    @BSNLCorporate What kind of unique system is this, BSNL closed my complaint with my phone still dead. I have raised a fresh complaint (docket number 130418225972) this time please request then to make phone line functional before closing the case.
