    Ur still lucky similar problem faced by me for past ten days. No one acts to resolve be u Complain on Ivrs, tweet or report issue on public grievances. Shameless BSNL is. Further they claim to be operating pan India. @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @DoT_India

    Though lockdown measure are on. The very responsibility to deliver telephone and broadband services by BSNL as usual a defaulter. Poor services as one can expect from govt machinery. @DoT_India @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Its been more than 6 months that i have installed bsnl broadband and from day 1 only the internet speed is very poor and there is a frequent disturbance in line. Everyday for long working hours the internet is not working. And bsnl sdo is not at all responsive.

    Sorry but I'm unable to share that audio because Twitter don't allow audio message his name is babu lal (jaipur vatika ) Everyone please be aware and never take bsnl fiber connection in this week almost 3 days i faced this issue and they resolve it in 10-14 hours a single issue

    @mohitkashyap03 @bhadreshkmodi @DepTelecom Then you are a lucky guy..I used BSNL for more than 12 years, their service was beyond the description of "pathetic" their call centre executives were groping in the dark. Amusingly, BSNL is the only service provider who charges 7k plus as cable charges for BB installation.
