    @VodafoneIN wrost network , wrost service Please leave Vodafone network And go with jio,airtel and BSNL network.

    Though lockdown measure are on. The very responsibility to deliver telephone and broadband services by BSNL as usual a defaulter. Poor services as one can expect from govt machinery. @DoT_India @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate

    Ur still lucky similar problem faced by me for past ten days. No one acts to resolve be u Complain on Ivrs, tweet or report issue on public grievances. Shameless BSNL is. Further they claim to be operating pan India. @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @DoT_India

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate , today I called to bsnl customer service 18001801503 for some complaint. You can not believe the waiting time to talk to representatives is 49 minutes and still my issue is not resolved. Is good to say bhai sahab nahi lagega.

    Facing these issues very regularly, and this apparently is not related to heavy rains recently. Looks like the alternate configuration can give us stable connectivity and it has pending action from BSNL side for months. Request you to expedite.

    @malhar_pandey Yes. BSNL is good is some areas. Speed Issues are normal on all networks but BSNL solves issues in minimum time.

    @BSNL_JK How many times a month one has to complain for Dead BB/Dead Landline? Everytime it rains, the BSNL BB line gets down! Pathetic service ever and shamelessly BSNL employees then demand non-privatisation. My BB/Landline (01992277293> is not working since yesterday morning.

    @BSNLCorporate My bsnl network sometime went out for a long time . And after 3 to 4 hours it became good network. Please solve this network issue problem.
