    @reliancejio jio network is now even more poor than BSNL network with internet problem, sometimes calling also become difficult

    @latatauro @JudishRaj @ajay43 Have you read the Insolvency and Bankruptcy code? Of course private companies tank. Like all companies do. The difference is tax payer’s money doesn’t have to be pumped in to pay for their bad decisions and incompetence, unlike PSU’s. For eg. Air India, BSNL, etc.

    @BSNL_KTK hello team. Believe BSNL best service but It is more than 24 hour still no activation of my broadband connection after contacting through call and mail-really poor response. When starting it self is bad experience , how would be next.... Pre lead number 128747547362

    @Thor_baba_420 @BSNLCorporate Wohi yaar! Govt. Khud nehi chahata BSNL jaise age jaye aur customer service better kare.. thats y pvt party are ruling and its not that BSNL plans are at subscribed rates. Plans v bsnl ka same h almost to other operators but still itni ghatiya service 🙏

    only cheap plans are not enough. it's waste of money if i cannot open even ordinary pages online let alone videos. let "BSNL" provide good 4g service I am all game to give it a go.

    @BSNLCorporate @Chinmay_492 when 2G is working BSNL supply is 1 G when 3G is working BSNL supply 2G now 4G is working and earn benefit by @reliancegroup they supply 3G in the name of 4G .No body buy BSNL now circulate 4G news. Shut down BSNL .

    Sigh😓 after waiting for years together had to change service provider. Due to pathetic internet. no one at "BSNL" knew when 4g will start. had to struggle to get replacement sims. now 5g is on scene & bsnl struggling to put together 4g.

    @__Aayushi__ @TwilightWarlock @Airtel Yeah even after awesome schemes by VI and less price by BSNL, airtel customer remained consistent. And these both companies where reason in decline of jio customers.

    BSNL PGRMS has an online public grievance redressal system. The beauty on the web page is, one can not enter the name of the district. Without that one can not submit the complaint. What a tragedy!
