@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw It's been almost a month u promised me ull be erecting a additional BTS for better coverage but I don't see additional BTS erected against my complaint, Telecom minister recently launched 4G, I request BSNL to provide standard 3G service first then step into 4G.

@azharbrp @BSNLCorporate @BSNLWBTC Search network manually by keeping the Preferred network mode to 2G/3G/4G auto but be sure your mobile phone supports Band 1-2100 mhz for LTE/4G if the BSNL have upgraded their 3G network to 4G it will show CellOne 4G.

Described above issues we are reported to our nearest BSNL office basta.Despite of knowing this issue they can't respond to us since 6month. So it's our humble request to you please solve our problems and provide good service with internet connectivity & calling.

@aajtak If we want a better service, these needs to be privatized. No one gives a **** when complaints are raised. You will be surprised that I received a call from BSNL after a year and half asking if my complaint is resolved.

@BSNL_OR After MNP from Airtel to BSNL the sim hasn't been activated. I have paid rs. 249 for the 4g sim card. No customer care executive available to help me. I had taken the sim after payment of rs 249/- from bsnl office, PMG square, Bhubaneswar. Who's suffering?
