@BSNLCorporate That's what we say Private companies like Jio and airtel has better support and infrastructure than BSNL though Govt spend lac of lac amount on BSNL but seems to be all vanished.

Have bothered many official handles during this transaction but, only aadhar care & DoT responded promptly when mattered... keeps hopes alive for commoners 🙏 BSNL corp seems forcefully responded hence, we still wait for resolution after 2+ wks
