@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care Sent multiple messages, called customer care many times, raised complaints on the BSNL app, and mailed repeatedly to activate VOLTE. Every time I'm told, “It'll be done in 2–3 hours.” But for the last 8–9 months, the problem is still not resolved.

@bsnl_care Earlier, I had 5 BSNL SIMs in my family. Due to network issues, I’ve already ported 3 numbers to Jio, and discontinued another one 8 months ago. Now, if BSNL can't even activate its own VOLTE service, should I get it done through Jio or Airtel instead? This is beyond frustrating
