    @CgmTelangana Sir Repeated compliant registered but resolving for a day. Again same issue of outgoing calls not able to make. docket -2K11AP302697 - BSNL. I'm not able to do MNP because I am not able to sms too. Even having a valid RV. resolve issue / provide MNP. 9494886504.

    @BSNL_AS Hello Sir, Did you check if anyone is available to take the forwarded complaint from the BSNL side ? As because I am saying these, no resolution provided from the BSNL telecom side till date. Today also it was down for 3hours and more just now 2G is back on service.

    @BSNLCorporate Hello BSNL Team, @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate Please include the Downgrade plan option also in the portal. It's causing too much inconvenience to all the customers. Only Upgrade plan option is present which means incomplete service provision & not satisfactory at all

    @jagograhakjago Not getting 3g connectivity properly within 1km redious of BSNL ofice and BSNL tower. Infact coustomer care executive is not taking any complains or resolving without resolution. Area Sapatgram Dist Dhubri State Assam Pin 783337 Contact no 8100087542 Name Dhruba
