It has been 5-6 month since my telephone is dead.multiple complaints made. Paid bill regularly.This is so pathetic, BSNL IS LEAST bother about their customers. Giving you the last ultimatum to fix my landline 079-25434165 ASAP, otherwise you will find legal consequences whatsoeve

@BSNL_PB What kind of help is this? You are telling me to goto BSNL office to downgrade plan but for upgrading plan we can upgrade plan online but not downgrade it.Thats why most people dont use Bsnl broadband

Switched to @airtelindia from @reliancejio for better 4g service now I can say if Jio was slow than airtel is slowest. #Poor4G service by leading providers is opportunity for @BSNLCorporate but it seems indifferent to this. Hope BSNL revive itself with growing demand from market
