    why BSNL Customer executive never attend call, People say support BSNL. But behavior & service of BSNL say, leave and stay away from BSNL. I have call many times to BSNL customer service center but not a single time they attempt my call from last #BSNL #ravishankarprasad

    @Naman_BKN @pravesh814 They are engineers and technician.... Visit to any BSNL office you will get to know... For Landline 5k Extra money , if landline dead then min 5 to 10 days... That too after requesting Lineman....Giving 100 200 bucks... The Burecratic approach to treat customer killed BSNL

    @bsnlbroadband I have raised a request for new connection(126249153802)in Papanasam (Thanjavur dist,TN). Its been a month and no response from sales team. BSNL papanasam office staff asking us to contact local cable operator for railwire. Is it BSNL closed or not working here?

    @BSNLCorporate sir my bsnl broadband is out of services last 2 days I have complan on line and I also complaint on local ofice of bsnl basti citi utter pradesh but thaey are not took action on the complainant .my complaint number is1053937113 . Sir pls resolve my problem
