    Hosadurga Post office, chitradurga, Karnataka is not able to provide services to us because of BSNL internet problem. Please solve the problem immediately. Problem more than 4 months. We visited bsnl office but no one is ready to take our Complaint. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN I called customer care support, they informed you can take rental modem. But PONNAMARAVATHI BSNL office not providing rental modem. Even fiber cable line is less than 70 meter. Fiber connection is available near to my home.

    Internet complaint was made on 21 July. Customer care said it will take 24-48 hrs. Today is 26 Jul. How long are 24-48 hrs in BSNL office, if they could tell? @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate #BSNL
