    @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear Sir, BSNL mobile service here in Kalamassery, Ernakulam is pathetic. 30 sec line on, then it goes one way. Made complaints to BSNL mary times. But No result. Please interfere. Don't want port from our own BSNL. That's why. TXs In advance. Gopakumar

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl Fibre was installed in my home on October 2022 and i paid for 6 months in advance . But now after three months , a new bill has been generated and i am asked to pay again for this . Even after frequent complaints , nothing has been done . Kindly help .

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BsnlTamilnadu @Lionsgate I am using bsnl superstar premium plus plan , all ott platforms are working but lionsgate is not working it showing inactive, it almost three months still not working..

    @DoT_India I understand from the Kelambakkam BSNL team that the underground connections/issues cannot be serviced, but, if the overhead connections are not reliable and stable, as promised, I don't know how they expect them to switch to overheard connections.
