    @bsnl_care It has been more than 1 hour since my BSNL SIM was issued, but it is still not activated. Is this the level of service BSNL provides? Do customers need to keep sending reminders for basic activation? I need an immediate resolution ASAP. Very disappointing service.

    .@BSNLCorporate you have pathetic customer care service. I had called the customer care executive and all I could hear were background noises. They hung up on me thrice. Unfortunately my mother has one BSNL sim, which we are planning to get rid of as soon as possible.

    Dear Consumer, kindly note that due to telecom issues,Minnagam services are down.( Fire in BSNL Anna Salai exchange. ). Also please note that online application services, bill payment, and counter payment facilities are currently affected due to technical reasons. We are working on resolving the issue and will provide updates shortly. We regret any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your cooperation. Restoration work is being done on priority.

    @bsnl_care BSNL 4G totally down in Bangalore 560045 for 6 hours. Did BSNL have any plans to restore it or we need to suffer as like the last 11 years. @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @KHURAPATT My BSNL pack expired, so I recharged yesterday. The amount was deducted, but I received no confirmation. There’s no network on the SIM, and I can’t even contact customer care. It feels like the company is completely inactive. @BSNLCorporate

    Hello @IncomeTaxIndia why i can't receive OTP on BSNL phone in 15 minutes as compared to other mobile operators ? BSNL sautela beta hey kya? Can't #link #AdharPAN as applicant has only BSNL connection. Fir deadline aa jaayegi.. pls fix the issue.

    @KHURAPATT I told him politely right there and then, "aaj bsnl ki monopoly hai, kal nahi rahegi. Jiss din private players aa gye log aapko poochhenge bhi nhi". He still just said "ok", and walked out without asking what my issue was. And in 2 months mobiles came to mkt. .... Contd.
