To initiate the porting process, send an SMS PORT (space) your mobile number to 1900 to receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), which is valid for 4 days.     @bsnl_care Called the number even they don't have any idea about vashi csc, they told me to Google it as they got no idea. M sure many people like me would have paid for sim but never got the sim. I guess it's a new source of income for bsnl #bsnlscams
