To activate the VoLTE service, please type ACTVOLTE and send it via SMS to 53733. After sending the request, it may take up to 24 hours for the service to get activated.     @excitel_rocks This is my connection no. 5320008850, registered name Kunwar Shikhar. Check the ticket history about no connectivity issue. You guys are worst than BSNL. Your services are like government services. Only problem no solution. BSNL works more than Excitel.

    Sir/Madam, As reported, ratnagiri BO has been upgraded to a Sub Post Office. The work for operationalization of the office is in progress. After receipt of network connectivity from BSNL and completion of creation of Office ID, SOL ID, etc., the office will be made functional at the earliest.

    This is not the first time when BSNL had closed the docket without resolving the issue. From the last 3/4 yrs I have been raising the same issues regarding the services of @BSNLCorporate after multiple assurances the authorities failed to fix the problem. 1/2

    only 2 telecom operators in India have the full coverage with 2 others barely in the competition. Time for BSNL to reposition itself as a the “Most Secure” network to attract back those for whom such security matters and charge premium. This way, it can go up one level and create a niche like Blackberry did with its mobile device.
