    The customer care of BSNL does not talk properly and the customer care of BSNL does not even answer the matter correctly, if you do not take the customer care service of BSNL properly, then please BSNL fix your customer care service. @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate

    Regulator should see that service provider is viable to do business. only "consumer interest " won't work. BSNL/ MTNL was killed. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate please start something similar to Airtel WiFi, to retain customers in poor network areas. Trying unsuccessfully for two months to get a BSNL wings number!!

    Sir i want to port from Bsnl to other network , then why i not able to send the port message, it's showing message sending failed! Even i had enough talktime! I had tried to contact customer service too but there is no any of ur member to ans my qry @bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_BR No wonder why BSNL is always out of market competition, here i am using your services because of good network connectivity but everyday you have network outage for 4-5 hours or sometimes 1-2 days, either you guys are deep into corruption or govt is not paying you.
