    @ETTelecom 1st launch of 4G was 2016 den 15-Aug-22 den Nov-22 now Jan-23. Never ending story. It's impossible for BSNL to launch latest upgraded ntwrk signls. Evn Telecom Ministry can't help. Bcoz corruption chain is much strngr in our country frm lower to higher levels

    I am a person working from Home and this is the kind of service that I get from BSNL.  The network is so bad that sometimes even Browsing doesn't work.  And even after frequent complaints and I haven't received a permanent solution. This keeps happening.

    @BSNLCorporate Unsuccessful BSNL prepaid mobile recharge of amount Rs118 paid (Order ID - 12274148) on 05/10/2022 at 10.30AM but refund not received till today. Customer Care told, data not found. How to get the refund ?

    @BSNLCorporate Please confirm with your concerned officials before giving false reply. I’m not interested to defame BSNL but reality it that your BTS isn’t working. Zero Signal at my location. My location is Goshainganj If 2G network is available please call at 9458510099.

    @BSNLCorporate @SuriyaMurugan92 We use bsnl only bcoz its a government telecome bt we suffering . Why? Make Customers support strong and instant service. And employees are nt customers friendly compared to pvt telecome
