    @bsnl_care Nothing is happening in reality on ground level in BSNL goodness..It's very strange to see that top officials are claiming huge things for company, but in reality it's 0..People got frustrated due to worst network, that's why they ported out to others..I am gonna to port out too.

    @BSNLCorporate I recharged my BSNL no : 9861437483 through mobile app for an amount of Rs:197.00 on 6th June 2025 via Phone pay but I find the number is not working . Immediately be attended to .

    @bsnl_care My BSNL Fiber and Landline (0674-2585556) have not been working properly for the past 2–3 days. There are constant fluctuations, and most of the time, there's no internet at all. Please resolve this issue at the earliest,

    She informed I should not lodge complaint in IVRS and I should go to exchange and complaint. Kindly educate me, why IVRS is used by BSNL. Do the needful to restore my landline

    @bsnl_care What to say now? @bsnl_care only knows how to make fool of customers. Since 2021 ur team hasn't been able to resolve the problem thn wht should we expect you #BSNL? one More New Complaint Docket Number has been sent. You #BSNL People only know how to befool through Assurances.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I've been trying to reach BSNL support for the past 2–3 days. Calls are picked up and immediately disconnected. I'm unable to use my BSNL service and SMS is blocked — despite all plans being in place. This is unacceptable and disappointing.

    @narendramodi PM Sir Govt has given huge budget to BSNL to expand 4G service in urban and rural areas . Now govt should given 2 lakh crore per year budget  for revival of govt school, so children of poor people can get best education.
