    @BSNLCorporate When I called the person and told him that his approval was pending since saturday, he wanted me to send the screenshot of payment again. The customer is a senior citizen. Not your problem anyways, I have paid twice for this month. BSNL did not receive the first time.

    @GooglePayIndia I did a recharge of Rs/104.rs on 31 july 2022.through bsnl mobile google pay payment got duducted but not recharged.please solve my issue.

    @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate I think it is a robotic reply. Can I expect positive results? As because I am not getting any positive response from BSNL end hence I escalated the matter with you. Please take the necessary initiative to resolve the issue.
