Ported my number 9470994799 from airtel to Bsnl but if any body calls me it replies that "my number is either switched off or out of coverage area" even my phone is showing full network, @BSNL_CG_Circle @BSNLCorporate

@sudhirmehtapune @airindiain Especially #BSNL, having most unproductive staff working for mere 4-5hrs a day with absolute no scope of improvement. Their high end services like #FTTH are all outsources to 3rd part vendors on which they hav no control. So always have speed /outage issues. #Revival PackageScam

@MakrandParanspe @airindiain I support BSNL. But the work culture needs to be improved. Customer services and relations in particular needs a sea change wrt re-energizing and refocussing. BSNL also needs to seek feedback and act on them to achieve resolutions. Not naam-ke-vaste response. #vocalforlocal

Most of money for revival of BSNL would go in paying salaries or pensions. I don't think it would do anything to improve service for customer. But stating that BSNL is there where none reach, remote areas in hills etc. So it's important we keep it floating.
