  @BSNL_BR You should fix a price for the installation. You said that bsnl charges only 500 for the connection than why on earth your bsnl office that's just 500 meter far from my house is asking for 6000?? This is unfair na, Airtel is providing broadband without taking a single penny.

  @BSNLCorporate my landline has been dead for over 2 weeks now as have other subscribers' lines. I was told via DM that it was a cable fault and would be fixed ASAP. And now BSNL Pune has billed me for a non existence service. Do you think we subscribers ought to pay?? Thanks.

  when I call vendor , he always says that there is no Red light showing in router then media is closed from centre. So contact BSNL as he can’t do anything in this matter And customer service centre don’t answer any call.

  @BSNLCorporate I satya parkash 01275-297080am getting problems regarding bsnl fiber out of order last 6/7days . A private vendor decieve bsnl and consumer... He has only one jointer and whole dist. Consumers are disturbing... And bsnl JTO palwal Haryana is not responding any type

  @BSNLCorporate 3/n The bsnl official who called day before yesterday told that he will call back the next day, but he hasn't. He has informed your team that the call was not answered to escape repercussions. Please follow up with them and help with solving the query.
