    @BSNLCorporate No one is listening if I raise complaint in that portal.. I made a blender mistake of choosing BSNL fiber… dear BSNL, don’t make false commitment to people if you don’t provide proper service. Local serviceman is not listening our queries/problems.

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate BSNL will never ever change when it comes to customer service. My broadband is down since morning and the technician is asking to go to BSNL office, write an application for restoration, then he will look into. Pathetic service.

    He told me that there is no service available, but if service is not available, you don't have the right to do false marketing. Even there is a network problem and the BSNL office is just 5 km away, still, this is happening, no one wants to listen to common people. #TwitterSeva

    @BSNLCorporate But village-Ghoraha and Neighbors village- Bansfa , network weak 3G only 2 bar signal then connect 2g internet speed not working ..pls solve the issue upgrade new BTS BSNL 4G VOLTE.....

    @BSNLCorporate by when it's already 6 month. every time when I went to the BSNL office, they just tell me new dates, This is not the kind of service expected from any govt organization. @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate
