    @sasank17 BSNL is just an example. cos I had to wait for 4 days for BSNL to fix broadband. and the reason is its a weekend and we don't work. With this kind of mentality they will never be able to compete. This government job and sitting idle mentality has to change.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I brought Jio fiber, during installation they cut wire my BSNL landline, they said will fix it up, since march 27th, I am chasing dat guy, not responding, nor sales person, my landline is dead.. pathetic service , can sum one helps.

    @rsprasad sir pls do something. Sale this @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD to private party, atleast we nationalists will get service for which we pay. My landline down for more than 10 months, paying bill every months, but not repaired yet. Throwout the officers in back & save BSNL.

    @rsprasad Respected sir, I already tweet my BSNL broadband problem 2 days ago but no change in situation yet it's very bad experience for me if no one take customers complaints seriously then why customers think positively about BSNL. From last 6 days my broadband is not working.

    @narendramodi Hi sir, I'm from Tamil Nadu Thoothukudi District. I applied BSNl Broadband Connection at January 1 st week 2021. Still now no one come to connect that connection. Because of I lose my carrier.I informed BSNL customer Care many time but they are didn't respond me
