    @mohitlaws Look at BSNL (govt-run) vs. JIO/Airtel (private): BSNL: Slow, outdated, bureaucratic delays. JIO/Airtel: Fast, innovative, customer-centric. The real privatization push begins with government employees' work ethic. Unless efficiency improves, privatization is inevitable.

    Customer complaint no- F111147233869 was closed unilaterally saying that your complaint is resolved. But the outgoing barred problem remains as it was. 02 days back earlier complaint was also closed unilaterally without resolving the issue. God bless you BSNL.
