  You can likely get a BSNL 4G SIM card at the Electronic Telephone Exchange, Nagina Dhampur Rd, Nagina, Chater Bhojpur, Uttar Pradesh, PIN 246762. It's open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Since it's Thursday afternoon, you can visit today. Alternatively, call BSNL customer care at 1800-180-1503 to confirm availability or find other nearby centers.
