But that also has issues with IVR. Never expected this kind exp. with SBI. Pathetic and want close my card asap. If CS and IVR is not working why should we pay for card.

Every time getting response that we r working on it from Bsnl. What about my recharge pack which is getting loses day by day. Plz response either we will port out.
