Why Bsnl is not working properly in my village? In 2g call suffer so much and 3g is only for show. It doesn't register on it. Location :- Sanhoula Bhagalpur Bihar 813225 Please do something we can't able to surf net here.Our 2GB daily data is wasting. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

@GoI_MeitY @GMBSNLbhagalpur I am a BSNL mobile holder residing at Barari under Bhagalpur district in Bihar. Mobile service is being given only when electric supply is there it is not being provided when there is power cut.

@BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

@BSNL_PB @jasmeetkalsi In covid, BSNL ask to visit, then what is the use of dizital India, telephone complaint, twitter complaint, mail complaint. A typical non caring reply. This is reason for loosing customer.

I recharged 1499 on my bsnl phone. Money got deducted from my account and I got transaction id. But it is still not reflected in my phone balance. Customer service says the recharge is invalid and denies to co operate. Bsnl is cheat. #BSNL #bsnl_loots

@BSNLCorporate After your acknowledgement also no action has been taken yet. Still 2G(Edge) network is radiating, where is High Speed Network ? Every weekend same situation - network becomes unstable, request you to please act asap. #BSNL

@JioCare I ported my number from Vodafone to Jio, I m able to receive calls from other mobiles except from Bsnl users. It tells bsnl users that the dial number doesn't exists. Pls help🙏🏻

@BSNLCorporate @iaps_agnivanshi Very pathetic and disgusting customer care service bsnl have. Applied and got 449rs 30mbps plan connection but in bill bsnl charged me 599rs 60mbps plan... Contacted customer care helpline, DM in twitter, and raised the grievance but no one heard nor reverted......
