    @BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India No BSNL cellular coverage in my village Srinagar, Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, PIN code 813209. Forget 3G/4G/5G even 2G network not available.

    @BsnlUnionMh @PMOIndia @DoT_India I have been a customer of BSNL for a longtime. Red tepism failed the corporation. A company cant be run like a department of Govt. There is a cut throat competition in market, times changed but BSNL did not.

    @smitaprakash @airindiain What else can one expect. Any business run by Govt. could be the same. some horrible experiences in PSU banks or BSNL too. 50+yrs of babugiri may be the reason for this attitude. In fact in almost many govt. offices, though few have now started to show some respect to customers.

    @BSNLCorporate is there any missed call alert service in bsnl? All other carriers give MCA with their base plans for free. I don't see it in bsnl. Why is that?
