    Why Bsnl is not working properly in my village? In 2g call suffer so much and 3g is only for show. It doesn't register on it. Location :- Sanhoula Bhagalpur Bihar 813225 Please do something we can't able to surf net here.Our 2GB daily data is wasting. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

    @BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlandamannic Internet facility is down for about 3 days in garacharama location P/BLAIR.registered complaint multiple times but no response from the BSNL office.try to call customer care ,they try to avoid any questions n hang the call. Wht she the customer do?

    @BSNLCorporate Its been already 2 months . in this area there is no other network in case of emergency also People are totally dependent on BSNL mobile tower . Please rectify it ASAP

    Worst fiber inernet experience from bsnl. I don't recommend anybody to take BSNL broadband or fiber connection. Nobody is here to listen your complaint or higher authority also fails to take any action. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR @CGMHRBSNL

    @BSNL_UKD my BSNL fibre has been installed on 4th June, 2022 at Dehradun. Router is showing LOS since yesterday. The authorized vendor is not Providing any solution. If this is the service standard of Authorized BSNL vendor, then i request BSNL to look into the matter.

    @BSNLCorporate This has been a recurrent thing happening. Can't even provide a stable 2G signal?! Location is #Badami #Bagalkot but it was the same story when i travelled to Bengaluru last time. The problem is that to even port the number out of BSNL we need signal to send a message!

    @BSNLCorporate Complaint 16568064502 has wrongly been marked as resolved. Nobody from BSNL approached subscriber, nor anyone tried to contact on cell phone. However, received sms on registered mobile that issue is resolved. The BSNL connection is still out of order. @BSNL_BR
