@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India No BSNL cellular coverage in my village Srinagar, Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, PIN code 813209. Forget 3G/4G/5G even 2G network not available.

@BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

@ndtv But Post offices & Banks are still running on BSNL cable network where every day consumers has to suffer network issues while standing in que. Government has no plan to upgrade the basic system why I don't know.

@BSNLCorporate My landline and broadband (25447652) in Pune are dead for several days. I have lodged online complaints many times (latest is no. 1059098754). BSNL officer calls and sends messages that the complaint is resolved, which is a lie. What can one do? Please help.

@pgm_pune_bsnl I don't know if bsnl has customer service. I say this because even after sending number of mails I have not received any reply. I paid my post paid bill on 30 th June. Even then service on 9421288934 has been disconnected. Is there any one in bsnl to respond.
