    @BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

    Why Bsnl is not working properly in my village? In 2g call suffer so much and 3g is only for show. It doesn't register on it. Location :- Sanhoula Bhagalpur Bihar 813225 Please do something we can't able to surf net here.Our 2GB daily data is wasting. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for taking up complain seriously. I have received call from person #Gangtok #BSNL office. He just checked whether setup is done and Internet is working or not. Please have "culture" to say sorry to customer for inconvenience. 🙏🙏

    Sitting in the Vi Store 2nd visit to get my sim replaced as it has stopped working, my connection is from 2003. Now they tell me there is document mismatch no one knows what mismatch ... red tape worst than BSNL ....

    @BSNLCorporate I am a bsnl subscriber from one year but in my locality there is no network,call drop problem occurs and internet does not work lots of buffering happen if you will not solve the problem I will port out from bsnl.. In khagaul Patna Bihar @DoT_India @TRAI

    @VI thanks for the red tape to change an old sim @bsnl far better ... I am a customer since 2003 you guys have changed your name like someone changing his clothes since I became your customer .... time to move on ... no value for loyalty and relationship ... no one helps
