    @BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India No BSNL cellular coverage in my village Srinagar, Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, PIN code 813209. Forget 3G/4G/5G even 2G network not available.

    Why Bsnl is not working properly in my village? In 2g call suffer so much and 3g is only for show. It doesn't register on it. Location :- Sanhoula Bhagalpur Bihar 813225 Please do something we can't able to surf net here.Our 2GB daily data is wasting. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

    @GoI_MeitY @GMBSNLbhagalpur I am a BSNL mobile holder residing at Barari under Bhagalpur district in Bihar. Mobile service is being given only when electric supply is there it is not being provided when there is power cut.

    @Raul15476 Speed test conducted under the coverage of BSNL Kolkata CTD network MCC MNC/PLMN 404 81 in Band 1 LTE 2100 10 MHz Bandwidth check the images properly.

    @bsnl_care Despite my persistent request BSNL failed to provide any data to my number 8987449440. So I am constrained to port it to other service provider It is strange that BSNL is taking a price for data but unable to provide it , despite their repeated assurances. Thanks

    Dear @BSNLCorporate & @DoT_India, I report zero BSNL signal at ground level in Bagahi Village, Navinagar, Aurangabad, Bihar (824302). We climb to the 2nd floor or walk 1.8 km just to receive an OTP. Please arrange a site survey at 24°42'35.1"N 84°12'59.8"E. #BSNL #NetworkIssue

    @BSNLCorporate what kind of service is this? No income call or message in my mobile after recharge since 2 month. Already complained in customer care 3 times, but no result. No wonder why people are leaving BSNL services
