    @BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

    @BSNLCorporate hi, I am a BSNL consumer with phone 06802343919 under Berhampur circle in Odisha. I am using the BSNL fiber internet connection.the sevice is so pathetic. My internet is disconnected since last 30 hours and I have been calling Lineman, SDO, AGM and no help yet.

    @devusinh @BSNLCorporate BSNL provides terrible pathetic service, the Govt fears the employees hence can't shut down.Its fun for the ministry/ minister and they feel great about it so why provide great customer service/ customer experience.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, BSNL have stopped the email service of Dataone which is really very sad as it was good option for email service which was developed in India. You pls reconsider the decision and restart it.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD - pathetic customer care services of BSNL ..try calling customer care for broadband .. 18003451504 ..in case it connects the guys at the other end ..BSNL mein aapka swaagat hai bol ke disconnect kar dete hain .. why does govt waste taxpayer money in BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @surenmehra I am new customer bsnl and I join 1 Nov and very very dispointed Bsnl, you could not provide me good service. 2 November to 4 November my phone internet not working properly. My phone calls is also working but internet never working.

    @bsnl_care AKASH NAGAR, BACHELI, DANTEWADA, LAST FOUR DAYS NO NETWORK FOR CALLING AND NETWORK . ON SAID TOWER, EMERGENCY LIGHT BACKUP IS NOT INSTALLED BY YOU, WHILE LIGHT IS CUT, TOWER IS OFF . FULLY CARELESSNESS BY BSNL OFFICER FOR THAT TOWER . REQUEST YOU FIX RESPONSIBILITY

    @BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏
