    @BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

    @moorthi_ram @TribalArmy A company never fails due to its employees. So many company be in private or government failed due to wrong policies. Blaming employees for BSNL failure can be made only by the who don't know anything on the operating procedures of BSNL.

    @raj7aryan True but problem is #BSNL 4G/3G network availability. If it is available widely #BanJioVodaAirtel happen automatically.

    @raj7aryan I shifted to BSNL and got no 4G service for three months and then again port out to private player.

    When I complained to BSNL online, they sent messages “the complaint has been addressed and problem rectified” without confirming from consumer (me). This happened repeatedly. Then I write to consumer forum, who dismissed my complaint without verifying anything from me.

    @amitbhawani Thinking of moving to BSNL, call quality of all Networks is same (bad to worst). For internet dependent on FTTH only.

    @TribalArmy LOL! Of course Govt, Employees ARE useless and corrupt to the core. BSNL is the worst network. Its not about supporting privitisation. It is about the Quality of Service. Just don't get mixed up and come in support of corrupt Govt. Employees. They are corrupt and useless.
