    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @TRAI i don't know, why I have to complain every alternate day that BSNL is not working in kahalgaon area... It seems I need to put A case to return all my money I have given to bsnl in last few years

    @BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

    @bsnlrajasthan my land line connection is dead since 4 months I registered my complaint so many times but here is ko response vise versa bsnl send me 1772/-rs bill....what kind of costumer service is this..pl rectify this .

    @BSNL_AS Total Blackout of BSNL network now.. Earlier it was only 3G network.. Now no trace of network..

    @Airtel_Presence @calamur Err, as a Airtel customer of more than a decade on prime SB main road I am living with outdated copper wire Vfibre technology. While much maligned BSNL, Siticable are offering FTTH to subscribers. Airtel gives a cockandbull story of RCswitch

    @sindhan I wanted use comrade but our cables got damaged and #BSNL did not fix it and withdrew their services voluntarily.

    @BSNL_UPW @BSNLCorporate Dear sir I have been complaining for many days Continuesly. But no action was taken from yourward. So bad service of BSNL. I pray to GOD to switch bsnl into private sector. I hate bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate I called your field office he said installation cost with router is 4500/- when i ask about bill & offer he is unaware. If you're charging this huge amount from customer what should I expect from BSNL? No proper management? @IncomeTaxIndia

    @BSNLCorporate n @MP_BSNL surprisingly there is outage in Internet services every week only in BSNL Fiber Broadband. You need to investigate that it is not the matter where this damage is done on purpose in Rajgarh Dhar. Is there any penalty advantage paid on outage to 3rd party?

    Continuing... Called customer care and they are giving senseless answers. Isn't this an emergency case where user don't have access to either call or use internet. (Because I'm solo traveling, this situation is unavoidable) Regret using BSNL. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLGujOfficial
