    @BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Kolkata has suddenly gone out of network for BSNL, there is no network coverage for BSNL Sims since this morning. Kindly inform what's the issue and what's the resolution time?

    @BSNL_OR Our internet is not working properly. As advised by BSNL Angul centre we switched to Fibre but not getting uninterrupted supply as told by them. Please solve the problem, whether modem is defective or line is defective. Phone no- 06764231125, Sanjeev K Nayak, 7508036061

    @GuranshjotSing Sorry for inconvenience caused to you. Speed improved by much extent but at night it may get speed fluctuation due to heavy traffic. Bandwidth upgradation from back end is continuously in progress for further improvement in speed. Stay with BSNL. You are our esteemed Customer.

    BSNL 3G internet speed is down to 10kbps again I have been preparing for examinations through online mode as the internet speed is reduced to 10kbps even after having data balance This is not okay. I'm not paying for this kind of service

    @Dr_Uditraj @INCIndia BSNL is like congress BSNL has great asset but not willing to work and Congress has huge network but they don't work LIC right now too huge to fall , same with BJP

    @Being_Humor @BSNLCorporate Authenticate using OTP, generate final bill and disconnect after payment. Not that difficult but it seems top bureaucracy and leaders want bsnl to fail.
