@GoI_MeitY @GMBSNLbhagalpur I am a BSNL mobile holder residing at Barari under Bhagalpur district in Bihar. Mobile service is being given only when electric supply is there it is not being provided when there is power cut.

Why Bsnl is not working properly in my village? In 2g call suffer so much and 3g is only for show. It doesn't register on it. Location :- Sanhoula Bhagalpur Bihar 813225 Please do something we can't able to surf net here.Our 2GB daily data is wasting. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

@BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India No BSNL cellular coverage in my village Srinagar, Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, PIN code 813209. Forget 3G/4G/5G even 2G network not available.

worse service. it's been 50 days seens i installed BSNL fiber in my home and it bearly works for 8 hr a day and there is no customer service whenever i try to contact sevice provide (Vendor) he didn't even pick calls and even charging more fee. area code 01762 Banur exchange BSNL

Technician comes from BSNL & tells that surroundings area ph’s r working, so.. we have to rectify our BSNL privately…02652780782 , poor response BSNL

@AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi the worst decision for giving fund to BSNL by central govt. just another opportunity for the corrupt officers which is currently looting.Nothing going to change. I think we need to check with bureocracy who is giving such decisions on what basis

@blankfaces_ And as far as the voice service is concerned, I've bn using BSNL SIM since more than a decade. Truly it was pretty ****** for long, but since last 3 years service improved a lot. Almost no call drop and voice break now. BTW I live in an urban area.
