@GoI_MeitY @GMBSNLbhagalpur I am a BSNL mobile holder residing at Barari under Bhagalpur district in Bihar. Mobile service is being given only when electric supply is there it is not being provided when there is power cut.

@BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

@anandmutha @WeAreNashik We are using BSNL fiber optic for more than 2 years and I do not remember raising any complaint about speed from office ever. They claimed to serve 100 mbps speed but mostly it is around 60 to 70 mbps on Wi-Fi with no packet loss.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR BSNL broadband is not working form past 1 day. I tried connecting to the customer care but it's showing busy. We have logged more than 10 complaint in past 2 months. That means 20 days internet was not there. I think this is worst internet service provider

@BSNLCorporate Sir, The issue I purposely kept pending by BSNL ALIBAG for some reason.Modem is ok and checked in front of technicians at BSNL Alibag by sify team. Mr.Koli is not receiving phone call now.Modem is working properly at other office. Pl provide solution .Public complaint increased.
