    @BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

    Due to Local BBNL OFC cut, my FTTH is not working from a week in Minapur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Local BSNL personnels are saying that they have no team at this time. Pls look at this @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate and arrange a restoration.

    @PhonePeSupport Actually I need to ask something today my brother has done recharge of my BSNL number through phonepe amounting ₹705 but unfortunately it was not activated so i called BSNL customer care number and they said that this recharge was done for international calling.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH It's almost 5 days now, still the internet speed issue in Goa for ftth and copper lines comes up several times a day. 5 days but still no proper resolution. I think BSNL should stop giving it's services to people who are wasting thier hard earned money.

    @pib_comm I was very enthusiastic to know BSNL is sole service provider in my area. Was so proud of the fact. But experience is not gud at all. @Secretary_DoT can you please help me in getting things sorted for me and other users. We still want to believe in government services

    @uhbvnpkl , I got reply from BSNL that this number was disconnected in 2018. Why are your customer care executives still quoting this dead number to customers ? Message from BSNL: SDE (Phones) Kurukshetra reported that 01744230241 status is disconnected since 18.08.2018.

    @BSNLCorporate i have disconnected my landline service last year in November but till date I haven't received any refund of ₹500 which was taken as security while installation though I have cleared all outstanding dues while disconnection Customer account no. 1026557393 #BSNL
