Called customer care 10+ times but no resolution. Visited BSNL office in Karad (Satara), they said my SIM is from MP circle and I must go there. Is it practical to travel to another state for this issue?

@bsnl_care Dear BSNL Care, both complaints D1612137362362 and D1712137718743 have been closed, yet the issue remains unresolved. BSNL FTTH 0186-2990200 at my LPG gas agency is still down for 2 months. Feeling disappointed as consumers are suffering. Request your kind intervention.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Bsnl broadband was very nice before merging with kerala vision and asianet. Now everyday having issues and noone is coming to solve the issue even after giving regular complaints.
