@BSNL_BR But remember I'll keep complaining until my last breath. BSNL franchise had already told me Fastnet informatics employee Mr Ravi had looted me. If you can't do anything atleast ask Fastnet informatics to refund me Rs 3750 or cancel Fastnet's all future contracts with BSNL.(3/4)

Hey @BSNLCorporate, In my area Sant Kabir Nagar (U.P)-272175 since Monday 16th August, BSNL FTTH Service has not running. I tried to connect to your local team SDO but they daily say today will start the service. Very unreasonable response from them. @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India

@BSNLCorporate Dear Bsnl Team, With reference to my previous call with customer care agents on my network issue they are very rude and use abusive language. They need to know about customer service first. I am very unhappy about the service provided by the agents to whom I spoke last time.

Dear @BSNL_HR @bsnl Your FTTH service is Good but the VENDORS who provide the connection are V-poor. People in my Area are using Bsnl connection but when i went to Bsnl office they said fill a Form And call The vendor for connection, but he said ok but it will take time but.
