    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate @bsnl Worst fiber service. you are connecting remote villages with fiber lines but its a trap to attract consumers who don't have any other options in their areas. The connectivity has never been good. Fatehnagar, Udaipur rural 313205

    @ViCustomerCare I also want to mention that, other operators are not very perfect but they are managing with latest technology/ solutions to retain customers where you people failed and will fail further due to delay in technology. Others have vowifi, BSNL has wings, but you don’t have anything

    @kidshumble @GippyGrewal The problem in farm bills If u remember jio offered free net Which led to decline of many companies including BSNL(government) And same is the case here If the company can offer free data So the company can buy food at price 2 time MSP And will led to decline of mandi system

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR @BSNL_JKD why there is no option for hotspot in iPhone. When BSNL sim card inserted into iPhone there is no option for personal hotspot how this will be resolved as all other sim card showing option for sharing hotspot except BSNL sim. help

    I wrote to every single authority of BSNL regarding the issue but no one bother to neither reply nor rectifying the issue. I seriously don't understand what maintenance you people do on a daily basis that every day the internet connection goes down.

    @BSNLCorporate My GSM Sim is suspended temporaryly and i am trying to reach Chhattisgarh bsnl customer care from last 10 days, even i mailed my problem but not response. Worst experience with bsnl.

    @BSNL_HR regret i recharged for internet in bsnl. Last three days no 3g signal. Even service quality is not enough for staying in bsnl.

    @JivteshP @OPDhankar Jio came very late, bsnl could not compete to Airtel as well. Lack of service , high rates, BSNL were exploiting consumers. Airtel gave consumers service, competitive plans. Faster Grievance redressal. If this is Modi's operandi, good for both Farmers and consumers.

    @BSNLCorporate Account number - 9039719596 Took hefty installation charges and now when asked about bill, bullying saying we cannot do anything if you want to remove you can remove the connection. worst service from bsnl @BSNLCorporate
