We have outages every day. Complaints made days ago remain unresolved. Sometimes monkeys are blamed for cutting fibre cables with their bare teeth, sometimes a JCB trudges along, breaking an overhead Fibre Cable, or someone plays a mischief and cuts cables for fun. At times back end equipment malfunctions and even if Fibre is connected well, there is no Internet. Now I am using 4G signals to write this. Why doesn't BSNL lay underground cables permanently, avoid all these issues. Or is a Starlink deal with BSNL about to come through for remote areas?

In many places BSNL network does not work and in many places there are no new towers. Please take some cognizance so that the poor people of the country can also benefit from the country's work.
