A smartphone of one of my relatives was stolen today and they have a #BSNL sim. Been trying for so long to block the Sim by calling customer care but the service is so pathetic no one is picking up and a useless record keeps on playing again and again dial 1, 2, 3...we didn't get your request!! Really concerned as unable to block that BSNL Sim. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Please help!!

My jio sim successfully ported in to vi @ViCustomerCare and got another bsnl @BSNLCorporate sim. But I am really happy with the service but still bsnl have to improve more.
