The other service provider like airtel readily issues a new sim of any state in any state(like me).

Now it's Delhi circle. 1โ Most of the payment apps do not show this Bsnl Delhi option. 2- Also, most of these payment apps are still not activated as the updated 4G version (same number) doesn't generate the OTP 3-Bsnl portal is too slow..
