    Very poor internet connection in my area. Continously fluctuating internet connection from 4g to 2g. If BSNL Offers us 4g internet speed and also I paid money for that, it is total responsibility of BSNL to provide excellent internet speed and better customer support.

    @BSNLCorporate I have a BSNL Kerala number and it's frustrating that the PORT request keeps on failing for past 2 weeks, every time I get "Request for upc for your mobile no. 8301861477 could not be processed. Please retry after some time", please help

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Sir, today is the 13th day and the complaint is not resolved. BSNL needs to have complaint cell audited. Probably this is the reason people make fun of govt. owned companies and their work culture. I expect compensation of the academic and business loss due to this delay

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I'm are not Able to receive UPC code, the customer care representative says there is something wrong with the BSNL servers. This is happening since more than month. Kindly fix this soon.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst Customer Service. I went to Gaurav Tower Jaipur Store to confirm about my Wife's previous mobile no. 9414780297 which was ported in Vodafone in 2012 and due to recharge missing it got disconnected in 2017. Firstly Executive told that it had gone back to BSNL

    But BSNL failed in both. Also I'm registering complaint again and again but they are taking it lightly. They are giving any reason which not necessary. Please solve my internet fluctuation problem otherwise I'll port out to another operator. @BSNLCorporate
