@ImAtulKansal Sorry to bring this to ur notice. JIO service request SR00001EUSEW of Mahalingapuram Chennai, TN closed w/o repairing. Internet still not wrkng. BSNL used to do this. Sad to note that Jio is following bad practice of BSNL. Hence brngng to ur notice. Pl do needful.

@DoT_India My BSNL number 9123329034 is facing very slow internet issues. Inspite of several complaints no constructive steps have aa yet been taken. Kolkata, being a Metro City the 3G towers should be upgraded to 4G as soon as possible.

@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate And What about Network?BSNL network is still so horrible now, no one wants to use #BSNL for poor connectivity. I complained many times but nothing happened as it's Government line and finally decided to leave BSNL and joined another network. Location-Hazinagar-743135

@BSNLCorporate plans are so misleading!! I was going to port the SIM to another network but found a good deal on BSNL but it was misleading. It said 365 days validity but in reality, it is incoming validity, not outgoing (not mentioned clearly while you recharge).

@ApCgm #talktobsnlcgmtap Sir, My mobile number 9490120579 is getting pending invoices alert messages from BSNL Visakhapatnam for telephone number 08924-222342 which does not belong to me. Same complaint was given on 23.9.2022. Please cause to do needful sir.

@bsnl_ap_circle @MobiKwik I have recharged ₹439 from Mobikwik platform. The recharge was successful but it hasn't reflected at BSNL. When contacted BSNL customer care and provided the operator reference ID they are not ready ton listen to concern.Finally, a ticket was raised
