    sir we have a bharat Fiber connection at jaipur, that was not working since 22 April. Complained with Prime Agencies, Jaipur authorised by BSNL. No response even they stopped to attend phone 01412393333 & 9413255887 . Please intervene @rsprasad

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @CMDBSNL What 's wrong with BSNL? At ajodhya,balasore,odisha,756020, we are getting network for maximum 4hours to 5hours a day. Electricity is ok everything is ok still network vanishes. kindly fix the issue. We are literally losing our money and patience

    @Anshulsaid Because in india center meant corruption with poor service things are changing. Bt Look at things like BSNL, Air India, etc they make money only cuz they cater to mass but they do not provide customer satisfaction. Hence competition is important for quality & growth 1/2

    @DoT_India My surrendered phone no.03325740011on 18.8.19.Refund of Rs.2881 not recd as Aotr wrote no fund with them.Why you are allowing bsnl to operate and cancel their licence. Most shameful Plz do arrange my refund Bholanath kanodia

    @TaraknathDuttaB Dear Customer, BSNL SIm Losted first you go to Police station do the affair complain about your sim loses during period , after getting affair copy along with submitted your original aadhar copy to near your area Bsnl office then you receipt same from that office.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate without resolving the complainant they have closed the complainant very disgusting Complaint number- 125659555892 need action on the person who closed the ticket without resolving. Else I will file case against bsnl in @TRAI

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Sir, please improve your customer care service. I am continuously raising the concern, but all my complaints are getting status changed to resolved, without proper actions. This is where BSNL is having set back. Today once again raised concern.
