@BSNLCorporate Sir There r 2 BSNL towers 10 mtr away to each other located at Kothi.. Kholi 176088 Still BSNL signals r POOR in area around both the towers just 100 mtr away Dont u think its STRANGE? & It speaks a lot about INEFFICIENCY of BSNL CAN BSNL IMPROVE ITS EFFICIENCY?

Respected Sir, Both network connections (RCIL and BSNL) were affected due to multiple OFC cuts — RCIL (DSO–PAE, KAI–PMY, FL–AII, RE–NANGAL or PLCJ issues) and BSNL (JP–NDLS via Alwar & Rewari). As a result, the system was functioning slowly. However, the issue has been resolved, and the system is working properly. The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted. Thank you for your understanding.

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care I have issues with my BSNL sim 9483742343. The sim is not working since 15 days. I went to CSC, Nellore but was told to call 1503. I called the customer care, they told a ticket was raised and even after 48 hours, I still have the same issue.

5G speed is slower than VI 4G/BSNL 3G in Jharkhand. Would request @TRAI to reduce the waiting period from 3 months to 1 month bcoz a Customer gets the taste of network within a week of porting than why to suffer 90 days.
