Even govt also must support, apart from supporting Private sections

    @BSNL_KTK very bad service from bsnl Karnataka belgaum circle I booked complaint of landline and broadband connection before couple of days but not getting proper solution of my problem my landline no is 0831–2463968.

    @BSNLCorporate 9916102791 there is no internet.. i ported frm vodafone to bsnl but its still worst... No proper signals, lost connection often, why shud i continue with BSNL also

    After they are temporarily fixing the signal problems(there is no permanent solution). After some days again same problem , no BSNL signal ,if BSNL signal is there sometimes here is no BSNL 4G signal (only 2G signal) and if no power and also in rainy situations no BSNL signals

    @BSNL_OR @mr_sushanta Bsnl outsourced it's services and customer is paying sky high charges around 6000 with modem while private service providers providing with 1500rs....... All advance payment Odisha Rayagada

    Great service ,all services are outsourced and installation with modem cost around 6000 for BSNL Fiber, other private providers just charge 1500-2000 for the same service #TalkToBSNLCGMOD

    @NokiamobileIN Dissatisfied. Dear Nokia, we followed your advice and contacted Nokia service centre, they tried for the past two weeks. Today it's 23rd and my issue remains unresolved. It's NOT a random case, most of your #Nokia8.1 customers are facing the same issue. Please rectify for BSNL 4G

    @viveklath about 15y ago, BSNL advertised a new IPTV service. i had enrolled for it primarily because local cable thug was a hostile fellow who arbitrarily cut off our service after i questioned why we didnt get a channel. service never took off and i took tata sky at much higher rate
