  @BSNLCorporate The internet connection gets disconnected repeatedly, almost 3 times every week. Yesterday at around 11 PM, the connection went down and it is still not restored. What is more frustrating than the outage is the complete lack of response from the local BSNL team.

  @BSNL_HR We can arrange the sim, but when will you deliver networks? No networks in NCR region, specially Faridabad, internet is far cry. Switching network between Dolphin and BSNL is really frustrating. Cutomer care just make a call for formality and no solution at all after 3 years.

  @yabhishekhd I recently traveled to Delhi, and after reaching there, my BSNL SIM suddenly had zero signal. BSNL is supposed to work on the Vi network in Delhi, but it didn’t work at all. @BSNLCorporate

  Mukesh Ambani reportedly never planned to enter the telecom sector on his own—the idea is said to have come from Modi, who personally encouraged him to start a telecom venture.
