    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate R/sir BSNL tower is installed in my village but to no avail. When the weather is bad before the BSNL tower is damaged. Network problem has been coming for some days and no battery has been changed so far. Kuldeep Singh The village Maru Mob 9485720001 🙏

    @BSNL_RJ @AmritMahotsav @BSNLCorporate We switch to bsnl for sure when network speeds are soo fast and satisfactory network no volte calls no 4g how customers will use bsnl? Customer care is too outdated when compared to jio and Airtel customer care. Improve when compared to present in market.

    @BSNLCorporate Oh really ? Please tell him to contact with me. Not only me. We are lots of people are facing this issue. Today network has also restored. But maximum time BSNL network is like dead. So I have been decided port out from your BSNL family. It's not possible to face it several time.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlandamannic 4 days of complete broadband outage and still no response from the regional office in garacharama, Portblair. Good enough reason for not choosing BSNL service by customer.
