    @BSNLCorporate I have made written complaint to BSNL office as per their instructions. Still getting billed full amount. This is beyond anything! I am going to discontinue landline broadband service and want to get Air Fibre.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN @DoT_India BSNL Fiber cable was cut since 6th Jul due to road works but the concerned authorities has not arrived to fix this still.When called Mr.Mageshkumar(DE of Krishnagiri,), there was no proper response from him. My landline number is 04341-296474.

    Bad customer service. Its really feel harassed by Jio executive named Manish. His contact no. 9882200016 Center Solan Himachal Pradesh. I want To port out my VI, Airtel and BSNL NO. Into Jio Family Plan so I Requested to Jio, through Google Jio website on 20-21 June.

    @rvp Sir, we regret to inform that presently there is neither copper cable nor fiber available in Pujarli on Melhi Junga Road. The signal strength of Bharta Air Fiber will be tested from Tara Devi Location for proper working. Also, BSNL is not providing cable TV service in HP. Regards

    @BSNL_UPW @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India can anyone help me for BSNL AIR FIBER, as your employee are saying this facility is only for metro cities only not for rural area. Please let me know how i can get this connection in my village which is just 3 KM Far from telephone exchange.

    Been trying to get @IFBAppliances to replace a faulty dryer for a month. Total circus, have called 5 numbers including their Mumbai office, have been promised a technician visit "within 72 hours" 4 times already. This is BSNL in their monopoly era level of bad customer service.
