@BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl I am speaking to this person Mr.Shrikant from last one year on the provided number.There is small wire cut in my village and BSNL dont want to repair it and dont want to provide service. Plz Plz fix this problem as we trust BSNL at village.We need Internet.

@BSNLCorporate Now looks fine I asked few questions to technician 1) who changed my plan ? I can see it online on bsnl portal 2) The technician declined that past service request was not resolved by her. Still her name is showing in portal Please confirm both things and reply within year

So somehow I feel that #BSNL doesn't want to retain it's old customers anymore.....Or it is deliberately pushing it's customers towards other private Internet service providers. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CG_Circle

@bharatbhoi74 @ViCustomerCare It totally depends on location where we use. If it looks worse as you said I definitely change the network. But for now in my location I used jio, bsnl, and airtel. Airtel as primary. jio removed and now bsnl to Vi.
