    I request @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS @bsnl_care and telecom governing body to look into it. Low recharge but no service is not the solution. Please update and work on network so that I and BSNL users can have good service. I was about to recharge but no network still waiting.please

    So lazy and poor service. No action, no person to address problem always complaining but very slow speed now showing no internet past 12hours. But still no action. 1 month minimum 10days go like this. Our paid money service not provided. @TRAI #BSNL #improveservice

    @BSNL_UPEast Sir, the work of BSNL 4G has stopped in the up-east circle, has any upgrade taken place, very poor service, 4G is not available in the village sides of Sant Kabir Nagar, Gorakhpur, Ambedkar Nagar, Azamgarh.

    @BSNLCorporate Hello there is no network in my #Bsnl phone . I tried to connect to customer care but they didn’t respond. In #Patna many other people also find same problem. It’s better for you to find some solution or people we port bsnl number to other network.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @BSNL_India Please reconsider using Band 28 / 700 MHz for BSNL 4G saturation project in rural Odisha. ❌ Most phones don’t support this band.📶 Tower exists, but no usable signal — what’s the point? Villagers feel cheated. False #DigitalIndia promise?

    @sastrychada BSNL was not customer services oriented, but telecom services were functional, wide network coverage at affordable prices even in national roaming. For close to a decade BSNL was the sole operator, amongst many that did not charge a monthly national roaming fee.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_TN It's really frustrating that there's no proper power backup at the nearby BSNL tower. Every time there's a power cut, the signal is completely gone. This is unacceptable in 2025!
