BSNL countered that no actual revenue loss occurred, as the master service agreement was adhered to, and they signed an addendum in January 2025 for applicable charges. @bsnl_care @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate There is no benefit in complying, there is no improvement in BSNL network in my village, voice call was fine on the 1st floor but even that is not available properly now, voice call on the ground floor is dream,mobile data is dream on the any place in my village.

@FI_InvestIndia I have port out Airtel to BSNL to JIO to BSNL again 05/04/2025 latest port , at home using WI-FI of Airtel and call from BSNL , outside from home, 3GB network of BSNL for 28 days works WELL.

@bsnl_care @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate There is no use in complaining, there is no improvement in the BSNL network in my village, voice calls were fine on the 1st floor but even that is not available properly now, on the ground floor voice calls and mobile data are a dream.
