    @BSNLCorporate charges for new broadband is 2000-3000 in BSNL I was charged 2500 This is reason BSNL is a failure BSNL is like government company but charges are highest Every month it will down 5-10 days But charges are full. You are taking benefit of monopoly in small towns.

    @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear Sir, I am not getting Bsnl 2G/3G network in my village since long, Lot of complaints were made earlier but there is no any resolutions have been taken place. Even BSNL 2G Network is not stable there. Akhtiar pur ,Garkha 841311,

    @BSNLCorporate I am your daily BSNL user but your service is very disappointed me because of your costumer care rudely behave but now you reply me when I will recharge 139 plan gp2 subscriber when my number is eligible for it and u get your official costumer care number and my areayourservice😭
