    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL i have been using bsnl ftth for the past 5 years and for the past 3 months the internet is disconnect whenever the power goes off and i have complained many times in bsnl office and they acknowledged the issue is from their side but not taking any action

    @BSNL_PB - I have taken BSNL broadband connection a few months back. And subscribed the plan 449 - Fibre basic. They have upgraded my plan from backend. I want to downgrade it. I called your customer care, visited BSNL office. Nothing is happening. Do you want customers to cancel

    @DoT_India - R/S very very poor #BSNL 3G network in my area, its continuously ON/OFF happening due to this service is not stable hence cannot use mobile service smoothly. Please fix the 3G equipment for my area BTS. How many times to report this ? @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate Hello @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ I still receive full strength signal but don't get even 3G services. In some area I receive VoLTE BSNL but in my area issue are being ignored. My humble request to fix the problem asap.

    @abhi_535 When 3G launched ,BSNL awarded 3G spectrum first . But in case of 4G,may be the presence of a new enterant , makes so special, that even after 10 years of launch , bsnl could never launch 4G. Sometimes no spectrum,TEPC, DOT secretary ,so many indirect people to block it.
