@BSNL_GJ As per plan should get 100 Mbps speed. Never got that height is most of the times 2 Mbps speed is what we are getting. Yesterday it was 3 kbps.I repeat 3 kbps. Registered complaints so many times never got resolution..BSNL doesn't look interested in retaining customers

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR been a proud customer of BSNL since 3 years. Landline- 0674 2951412, internet not working since 28 Feb, went to exchange to raise a complaint but of no use. No progress has been made till now. I request an early resolution to my issue.

@BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate I am using bsnl postpaid GSM connection in Srinagar, J&K. May I know, why the bsnl service is mac/device bind. I am trying to give hotspot internet link from my bsnl mobile to my tab,mobile but unsuccessful. This problem is not with other telecom players.

@BSNL_KL Dear Bsnl, complaint number 125259963033, registered on 16th Feb, after 15 days also there is no solution. Totally unsatisfied with the service. Previous complaint 125248474841 closed without any solution. Can you please help on this.
