Pathetic service, when other vendors are providing free of cost installation, BSNL vendor charged 5000 INR from my parents. Installed Single band router for 200 Mbps connection. Looting innocent citizens upload speed is 10 Mbps. Reason behind the downfall of BSNL. @rsprasad

@Wasim_Laskar @geekyranjit Because BSNL FTTH sucks. BSNL outsourced it to Bharat Fiber and those guys charge 3000-4000 just for installation and router. The service is also pathetic. Connection remains down for 3-4 days. Not reliable.

BSNL had promised OFC DTH facility. We had been awaiting for OFC internet connection. But DoT now supports pvt parties. I had an internet BB conn but it was disconnected due to slow and interruptd conn. As suggesed I went for RAILWIRE, but they ditched and now I hav no internet.

In this Pandemic, When all are forced to perform work from home and when education is completely depend on internet, this kind of act from BSNL is creating bad name. So, I sincerely request you to take action and help to develop all remote areas. Thanks.

hometown of mine where in early 2020 we didn’t have any broadband provider as such (I don’t count BSNL as one), had 10Mbps down right after pandemic induced demand. Now there’s 100M down availability n cheap. Talk about potential growth of digital India in coming years.
