    @geekyranjit I was a long time customer of bsnl and vfone but since I moved to a metro city for my job. It was highly affecting my work as they didn't provide support for improper signal. Same happened for broadband during lockdown, filed RTIs they said get more customers for fibre connection

    bsnl broadband ftth speed is worse than mobile speed. No action on complaint, net always getting cut, how is it setting such that private company is providing better facilities and BSNL's condition is deteriorating continuously privatization the only option? please do something

    @BSNL_TN sir i a user of bsnl from 2012 but now there was an issue. When power cuted then signal goes 0. This make me too tension. Please give come back over this
