@BSNL_AS Jorhat is under lockdown and it's not possible to reach the BSNL office just to file the complaint. Such poor service. I feel my 931 monthly bills is getting slowly wasted because of your poor service. Get a proper helpdesk no available. #poorservice #BSNL #bsnlbroadband

Hello BSNL, @BSNLMH_Nagpur I have 3 BSNL numbers I used BSNL app to buy 397 validity extension plan for one of my prepaid mobile number but the app gave error many times & I accidently bought the plan for my 2nd number which already has a 997 plan. Can you help? @BSNLMH_Nagpur

@nsitharaman This is the worst department of govt of India. Till today there is no good reception in voice and Internet. Govt has never bothered to improve the performance. Even BSNL govt company yet to launch 4G. The private players #Airtel and #Jio taking public for a ride with poor network

@sanket Right exit for those ministers specially @rsprasad As IT ministers he has to take strict action against to bsnl to improve this.i have raised many complaints against bsnl poor facilities to the people .but no one is listing
