    @bsnl_care please tell us when you are going to improve data network issues.. again and again we are All fed up in complaining..my humble request is please don't entertain New bsnl connection till you resolve the basis problems.

    @BSNL_KTK No network , raised complaints in last few months multiple times no response in app got message as resolved. Most of the time I can't even do UPI transactions. Now I am trying to port . Sending messages to 1900 Tried multiple times , every time the server was down #bsnl

    Hello @BSNLCorporate my 78 yrs old father uses Bsnl number , whenever he do outgoing calls he is forced to hear your outgoing announcement promotion which confuses him and he keep saying hello hello thinking someone is speaking whom he called in first place , I called customer care to disable this outgoing promotional announcement offers which we are not interested, but customer care refused to act @TRAI why are we forced like this , what’s the legal way to stop this nonsense

    @BSNL_UPEast Online agent service at the doorstep should be provided. Bsnl needs to work a little more with diverse calling and data packs. We won't need jio and airtel then. Done

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_Bihar My broadband has not been working since 30 May. There is no internet connection at all, and it’s been several days now. Please resolve this issue urgently. This kind of service is really disappointing. Location: manigachhi, Bihar #BSNL #InternetDown

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN I am using bsnl for my small business. Lots of time it's showing emergency call only. It's affecting my business. Already lots of complaint given but still same issue. I plan to switch to someother network. My location: Ranipet(Tamilnadu)
