@mkstalin Bsnl customer care is waste. there employees is responsible incase bsnl fail to stand at top in business. looting money in fiber connections in the name of franchise. no transparency in bsnl process. worst.

@BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate As always just to get the bank OTP and to get the incoming calls I've recharged my BSNL no with 75,well the calls are coming but no text messages are appearing So I've tried reaching your customer care, which is of no use Hope you solve my problem here

@BSNLCorporate @bsnlpunjab 1503/18001801503 is not working for at least a week, on my Airtel it says all line to this route is busy and landline it says number doesn't exist. My sim is PUK blocked so I can't file the complain on BSNL website using OTP too!!!

BSNL usually takes 1 day to fix but today they did it in 90 minutes. This could be an outlier, but may soon become the norm who knows. Kudos.

@BSNL_TN Screening as free installation for fiber internet in website but local franchise people charging money. i tried many ways to complaint this issue to bsnl but zero use No response.Soon alternate ll rise against this issue and people ll get free connections frm good source
