@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR @TRAI I ask myself why I am a subscriber of bsnl mobile service. You can't talk to customer care. It doesn't entertain you on its portal or any social media platform. It's 15 years and now it seems the journey has ended.

@rajuparulekar No 4g on bsnl. Plus quality of service (network and customer care) is poor. It should be run like private telecos for better efficacy and results.

My BSNL Broadband was not working from some days and when I asked the BSNL guy to repair it he called back after confirming his head office and told me that the exchange in our village is being shut down. Close your connection and take your securities. @BSNLCorporate

@DevaTRZ I have using BSNL chennai mobile network. To access the customer care thru mobile is a huge task. The success rate is just 5%. After recharging my data plan I tried to contact them to activate the data. But the validity one month gone, the customer care still not reachable.
