Respected, @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India I am using BSNL SIM card and then I wanted to know why the network of the BSNL signal is shutting down when there is power cut in my area, but all other network are working properly. So please kindly fix it ASAP. Thank you.

@sandipsabharwal @TataTeleBiz @TataTelCustCare Contrary to this the issues I used to face on BSNL landline/broadband are now being resolved within a day, especially since last 5-6 years ( earlier it used to take 5-7 days).

@BSNLCorporate The process is extremely slow and poor. Couldn't open the door properly from last 1 month and bound to use two wheeler in this rainy season as could not take my car out even for going to office 😑😫😐 Planning to get rid of this Bsnl connection soon @PMOIndia @CMOfficeUP

@BSNLCorporate R/Sir, The BSNL OFC is already available 1.5KM at Gajpur Panchayat then what is the issue to provide the connection at 1.5KM away?You can get min 10 connections from here. Let me know that how the area is not technically feasible? Wonder!
