  @VD_VIJAYDUBEY Sir, As per information received from Rewa division, the BSNL network is interrupted due to maintenance work is running in BSNL line. The work will be complete soon. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

  Perhaps BSNL has deployed some customer care assistance system which replies its customers with AI and by creating false complaint Reg. No. Otherwise, the problem of defunct network since last 19 days at Hayuliang-792104 could have been restored much earlier. Very Unfortunate.
