    @passivefool Ek baat tho hai. BSNL's FTTH service is just as good as Airtel or Jiofibre. (Atleast in my city.)

    @ThakurS99821742 @passivefool They don't want to work. In TN, I had bad experience with broadband during 2012 & 2015. Thank god, now we have 5-6 alternatives, so saved during pandemic. Can't imagine WFH with BSNL during pandemic.

    @RichaChadha They’re crying. Govt. has ditched them. My mom worked for BSNL. She was lucky to complete her service just before BSNL financial crisis. But lakhs were not so lucky. I think the plan for idea Vodafone is the same as BSNL. Govt. will destroy it for reliance. #ModiDisasterForIndia

    @s_shreyatweets 1/2 - A few year ago we had BSNL internet connection issue.Customer service wes terrible and the technician came after several days. He told me that management was doing this on purpose so that BSNL loses business (he was right as I moved to Airtel).

    @DoT_India Thanks for the efforts and follow up...and please improve and promote BSNL and MTNL, People must have an alternative to private players like Jio. One man or one company running all things in the country is a horrible situation..

    @makeinindia Govt of India after taking equity of Idea Vodafone should merge company with BSNL it will pave way for BSNL to launch 4G service and free spectrum of company may be used for BSNL service in all circles of India...

    Dear @BSNLCorporate , i am in Ranchi , and i not getting evn Single line of network. I port last week only with lot of expectations from BSNL , but it more worst than Vodafone. Is there any solution?? Ur customer support kept me on hold for 40 min without any solution @TRAI

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate most of time network is not at all available for bsnl 3G specifically during day time. every day on the same time network problem started like someone programmed it. Nayagard district Ranpur Area
