    @lattubaskar Well then why dont govt state it honestly and frankly? Is this the way to manage surplus, by handing it over to corporates? Seems like govt is running from its responsibilities, same like they let BSNL fail in order to get Jio to prosper.

    @BSNL_PB ridiculous services given by your Barnala telephone exchange. My landline number is dead every month for 15 days. Complaint given end numbers of times. But nothing has been cropped out. No load in BSNL less landline numbers after this your given ridiculous services

    I recently converted my BSNL prepaid SIM into Pre-on-Post. My old SIM suddenly lost network. Even after inserting a new Pre-on-Post SIM in another phone, no signal at all. BSNL Selfcare shows: “Your number is inactive, please visit the BSNL office.” Kindly resolve. @bsnl_care

    I think now I need to leave to use smartphones coz I almost used every sim card for internet and everyone works most of the days ok and one day they show there worst side same as with vi jio and now I experienced this with Airtel 😢 bsnl is the best 👍 @airtelindia @airtelnews

    Worst service ever. I suggest everyone to take BSNL service next time. @bsnl_care is irresponsive as their customer care and technicians.

    Now days our government organizations R going to private hand but u know why?Because of only organization's employee.BSNL is one organization where still now day employee R same mentality,without resolving issues,without giving service want month end salary.@bsnl_care 5days line
