    @lattubaskar Well then why dont govt state it honestly and frankly? Is this the way to manage surplus, by handing it over to corporates? Seems like govt is running from its responsibilities, same like they let BSNL fail in order to get Jio to prosper.

    @BSNL_PB ridiculous services given by your Barnala telephone exchange. My landline number is dead every month for 15 days. Complaint given end numbers of times. But nothing has been cropped out. No load in BSNL less landline numbers after this your given ridiculous services

    @BSNL_BR BSNL mobile service is down in NTPC Kahalgaon since yesterday! @DoT_India Can you have someone look into it? If you can’t handle, why don’t you sell it just like Air India? Such a pathetic telecom provider! Shame.

    @JioCare Actually I switch it from Airtel to Bsnl as Bsnl is Running up with a low cost from Others operators but I think I did little mistak . I will switch it to jio if they are not interested to make my Network in service .

    Respected @AshwiniVaishnaw ji , BSNL is said to have outsourced its landline repair work. It seems to be not working!My request for repair of landline 0674-2727380 is said to be pending for more than one month.But online bill is being received for a non functional phone.

    @BSNLCorporate Unable to downgrade my Bharat fibre FTTH plan on BSNL website (options to upgrade only). Could you help me out? It is quite difficult for me to go to the nearest office for the same as i work in a hospital and its impossible to leave during the working hours.
