@BSNLCorporate Few months bak my LL 080-26720447 was down for 1 full month & BSNL Hoskerehalli Ms. Usha was no help, even now I am only getting promises but fone ISD out of order, my mother 86 years old uses the LL & speaks to her kids. Very important I get it fixed, please help. @PMOIndia

@JioCare No responsible person in Jio customer care..Tried all methods Like Chat, Call to customer care.. Appellate authority not picking calls.. So to whom should write ? Customer care executive saying there is no issue from our end. Then Will BSNL solve a Jio issue? What a joke

2/2 charges are waived off untill 2022 Jan.there are bsnl cablesrunning along the main road barely 150-200metres away from the house.any help ?
