    @BSNL_KTK Namaste DEAR customer care {you people never care about customers, } BSNL, According to your advertisement I have paid the bill for a whole year. But, now SonyLIV OTT is not available. BSNL is cheating the consumer. I have completed this issue many times.

    Frustrated with @BSNLCorporate's postpaid support.After long wait times, agents barely listen for a few seconds before dumping the call into the feedback IVR.They have no answers and tell me to visit a physical store for every little thing.This is completely unprofessional! #BSNL
