@BSNLCorporate I am using BSNL and I need PUK number, for that sent SIM number to 53733 but did not get the PUK. I have BSNL app too, but no PUK there, customer care asked me to search for office offline. Other provider give PUK via app. Please update @BSNL_CG_Circle

@BSNLCorporate @PayZapp I have been facing recharge issues with BSNL prepaid via Payzapp for a long time. The transaction fails every time despite repeated attempts. Raised earlier but no solution yet. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

@murli_wala @ggganeshh Bhai, BSNL recharge prices have gone up too. My both parents use BSNL. Yes they're comparatively still cheaper than airtel jio but then it has connectivity issues and internet surfing sucks big time.

@BSNLCorporate My daughter took a BSNL prepaid connection 2 days back before going to Mumbai. After reaching Mumbai she noticed that the hell is not functioning. She had to beg to unknown people to make a call. Now I am trying to call her and the message is she is out of network. Why are you running such a worst hopeless system? Why can’t you sell it to Ambani or anyone else who can run it decently?
