    But still no response from the other side. I also contacted the AGM of Koraput dist. He said we dont know the issue we will contact you once we know. This is type of service is forcing the customers to believe that BSNL is not caring about its customers satisfaction.

    @BSNLCorporate It is appreciated if u explain what action taken by u 2 resolve the issue I've raised as I don't get any information from local BSNL office. If you call the mentioned numbers, nobody still attend the call. Hope, atleast you would train your staff how to pick up a customer call.

    @BSNL_KL My family applied for BSNL Fibrenet in Kerala Circle for Kid's online classes but there is NO response from BSNL office about the progression of installation.They dont even attend our phone calls (0480-2825600--0487-2222888) What an Amazing Service BSNL. My No# 0480-2895483

    Which means that we have to wait much longer time till ot get fixed.This is type of service is forcing the customers to believe that BSNL is not caring about its customers satisfaction. The reason of tweeting you sir is that the action of BSNL is not satisfactory.

    @ZoneInvestor Why people not raise concern about same for BSNL/MTNL not giving 4G and force them in rural area loss making area to provide service ? Lets pvt operator face the law of india !

    @Debasmitapatta2 OTP issue is mainly with BSNL number, Number of other network also suffer the same issue but it generally near the last date.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, Could you please help me to get a BSNL FTTH connection. My wife has applied for a FTTH connection but BSNL office does NOT take any action at all.I am from Kerala and working in Saudi. It is urgent for my kids 2 have net for their online class.     @veenaiscool Madam,Extreme negligence is being shown by BSNL staff in rectifying data connection to Railway Reservation Office,SGPGI,Lucknow. System is down since three days and nobody is showing any interest in resolving the problem. Kindly help us to get bsnl server working.

    Only @BSNLCorporate customers are enjoying 2G internet.. frustrating internet ,bad signals. Poor governance ..I ready to pay , doesn't matter how much plan cost is I want to continue with bsnl only.. is there possibility
