    @pgm_pune_bsnl @bsnl_mh_pune my landline not working since 4 days. Complained but no action. I am using BSNL only because u provide landline. But it seems u want ur customers to go away and use private operators. Very poor service.

    @dhakshana8484 You missed the crony capitalism part of this story. The support reliance got from the govt. in terms of policy changes favoring reliance regarding the call interconnecting charges. The bias towards BSNL the governments own undertaking etc. etc....

    Terrible and pathetic service by BSNL Nagpur. Landline barely working despite repeated complaints over the last 5 months and yet bills are promptly issued. What a colossal national shame! @BSNL_MH @BSNLMH_Nagpur

    @BSNLCorporate I have sent a letter to the personnel handling BSNL connections in our area requesting disconnection of my account in August 25 and all my dues were cleared. Even till today I am being charged monthly. This is disappointing and uncalled for . Kindly fix please.

    @BSNLCorporate kindly work on bsnl airfiber. I am using the jio airfiber service and I want to switch to bsnl airfiber. But the bsnl airfiber charge is Rs. 10000.00 as installation charges. But jio charges nothing.

    @InvestorOfJAMMU TCS also developed indigenous 4G/5G for BSNL , and the result is known to all of us.... really pathetic service by TCS .

    @NayabSainiBJP Sir from morning to till time no work was done at kadipur tehsil Gurugram whole day waste This is complete failure Server down But nobody from here take initiative to give complaint to BSNL for this shut down. Very pathetic experience, complete torture

    @UKakarla89423 @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Since another BSNL SIM works in your A36, this likely points to a provisioning issue with your main SIM on BSNL's end—perhaps IMS registration or APN settings. Politely escalate to BSNL support with this detail, or try a SIM replacement. If that fails, Samsung might need to confirm carrier band compatibility for A36 on BSNL's network.
