@BSNL_JKD sir we are user of bsnl ftth but there are many issues related to unwanteds ads and gst inputs we are facing. Complained to the concern officer but no any action is taken. Many applications are not running on your network. @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @FtthBsnl

@BSNL_JKD Hello sir I am port my number in bsnl network before 15 days and sim is active that time but still FRC is not completed, I have try to many times complete FRC through Retailer of amount is 106 but showing error is "RECHARGE FAILED" Number is "9430324582"

@BSNLCorporate tried to enhance your prepaid services I have faced very bad experience with bsnl customer support while temporary blocking my number. I would say go with other prepaid providers like airtel and vodafone as they are serving tremendous services . Not to go for bsnl

@BSNLCorporate please help. It's been 2.5 month using BSNL fiber connection and its hardly working every two hours connection is getting tripped. Complaints taking 2-3 days to resolve. They placed an cheap chinees router which gets restarted every 10 -12 hrs and took 4700 INR.

@beast_of_beats @BSNLCorporate Check the attachments neither jio nor airtel is providing such benifits in that amounts only Vodafone Idea BSNL is providing. Requesting everyone to Support & Save BSNL Vodafone Idea to avoid monopoly of jio Airtel.

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India U haven't asked for location/area in DM, to resolve the #signal problem. Isn't showing that ur response is just std reply, but not with intention of resolving. Should the usrs suffer w/o signal. #BSNL #service is the worst. Ppl - Avoid BSNL if u r looking 4 btr service

@BSNLCorporate We depend on BSNL and find that services are very poor. Both broadband network and mobile services are weak in educational institutes and even our children miss online classes. Request you to be user and customer friendly.

I've recently switched to @BSNLCorporate and previously I was thinking of using it as my primary sim. But since the time I've ported to bsnl, all the incoming services are NOT WORKING !!! This is my complaint no.: K0403000189 It's been 3 days and no incoming. No calls... No sms
