    @BSNL_JKD Sir I m porting my number in BSNL network and my number is active in network I am Many times trying for tele-verification but still not complete Tele-verification response- Not available at the current time This is very dificult issue sir, plz look into it M-9430324582

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL mobile recharge amount deducted but recharge not done. Could not contact customer care as well. Hours of calling without any response. Please look into it asap. Thanks.

    @BSNL_JKD sir we are user of bsnl ftth but there are many issues related to unwanteds ads and gst inputs we are facing. Complained to the concern officer but no any action is taken. Many applications are not running on your network. @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @FtthBsnl

    @BSNL_JKD Hello sir I am port my number in bsnl network before 15 days and sim is active that time but still FRC is not completed, I have try to many times complete FRC through Retailer of amount is 106 but showing error is "RECHARGE FAILED" Number is "9430324582"

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I have been trying to get a new bsnl connection in Mumbai for more than a week. Applied online then called customer service who asked to apply via WhatsApp. Did that too, but nothing happening. Things haven’t changed much unfortunately inspite of your efforts.

    @BSNL_GJ BSNL Tower shuts down for 5–6 hours daily. at Ludbay–Dhoro Village, Hajipir Road (Kutch). Multiple complaints done in past BSNL Bhuj official has closed without proper resolution or justification. Kindly resolve urgently.

    @bsnl_care @PMOIndia How long it takes to correct a wrong billing when AO(TRA) Cuttack has already put up a proposal for reversal of the wrong charges levied ? Doesn’t BSNL have a prescribed time line for resolution?

    @bsnl_care I am fed up with your response.Some one rightly said that BSNL means buying a headache.plesse do a favour & send settings on my another cell 9431105518 for iPhone XR, immediately.I am going to forward all our correspondence to the Ministry. I think the only solution is to port.

    @bsnl_care I clearly stated that after calling the BSNL staff, they restored the service. BSNL Fiber is now working. But the question is, if the recharge was for six months, why did it stop after two months and why did I receive messages to recharge? I've shared my number in the DM.
