@BSNL_JKD Hello sir I am port my number in bsnl network before 15 days and sim is active that time but still FRC is not completed, I have try to many times complete FRC through Retailer of amount is 106 but showing error is "RECHARGE FAILED" Number is "9430324582"

@BSNL_JKD sir we are user of bsnl ftth but there are many issues related to unwanteds ads and gst inputs we are facing. Complained to the concern officer but no any action is taken. Many applications are not running on your network. @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @FtthBsnl

@JioCare Connection is working fine now but what about the time during which network was not working and you were no sending any technician. After expiry of trial pack it is looks very difficult to continue with your service. Other networks like bsnl, airtel took 3-4 hours you took 4 days

@BSNLCorporate Bsnl ffth Vendor named Chandrakant More and Banait visited me and told me not to apply for Bsnl Fibre as it is always down and it's not real fibre and clearly denied to provide dual band modem. Please look into this asap.@BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate When as per commmitment it was 3 days before.Why BSNL showing the same old performance for Fibre too.Bcuz of poor service we have disconnected land line n Broadband long time ago.we though now for fibre bsnl have improved.but same old story s continue.verybad

@BSNLCorporate already passed 15 days but problem not yet resolved, all the customer of bsnl are suffering in Sultanpur U.P district. From Gm,agm,sdo an all jto's are trying but unable to find the problem. Really worst service ever experience.
