@BSNL_JKD sir we are user of bsnl ftth but there are many issues related to unwanteds ads and gst inputs we are facing. Complained to the concern officer but no any action is taken. Many applications are not running on your network. @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @FtthBsnl

@BSNL_JKD Hello sir I am port my number in bsnl network before 15 days and sim is active that time but still FRC is not completed, I have try to many times complete FRC through Retailer of amount is 106 but showing error is "RECHARGE FAILED" Number is "9430324582"

@BSNL_BR Issue is still not resolved. BSNL Phulparas assured that they will start the service in this month but didn't give any target date. Request @BSNL_BR to take immediate steps to resolve the issue and restart the service as soon as possible. TIA

Am i getting any compensation for the poorest service that the bsnl is being providing me? My wifi goes off everytime it rains. This time also..My Wifi isn't working for last 2 hours or so..(courtesy: Wind) kindly fix this problem asap. @BSNLCorporate

@ArockiaBesky payment status is success at BSNL end. But it has been processed for cancellation. ie refunded back to customer on 02.06.2022 ₹197

@reliancejio @JioCare @hareshoefc After 24hrs of service request, not even any engineer visits. Worst services of jio fiber, BSNL is way better then jio fiber. Pathetic CC service. They just want to sell connections. After that they never visit to resolve issues. #ihatejiofiber

@PMOIndia Sorry to say Sir, but many of tahsils are still without internet service provider. BSNL is their but they are not interested to provide service. Why a big government company don't want to do business. They made us to surrender our twenty years old landline connection with BB.

@BSNLCorporate No. is always busy. No one picks the call. The local officer doesn't want to lay 700m fiber. No one can do anything. Helpline and customer care is a hoax. People on the ground decide. Is there a rule in BSNL not to lay 700m fiber for new connection, promote Jio / Airtel @CMDBSNL
