    Govt. Should infuse capital for 4G in BSNL. Govt. Should understand that telecom is backbone of economy as most of the business applications used now a days are online. Now only 2-3 pvt telecom service providers are left. They will never cater to complete India.

    @BSNLCorporate Why SMS messages are not going in BSNL mobile number, have been trying to verify bank account for UPI payments failed, tried all options to resolve the issue but in vain, planning to port the number into other networks.

    @BSNL_OR written complain twice to Kanhia (Angul) BSNL office regarding Network issue & complained twice online through BSNL website & Twitter. It's already been 3years over But till now No action has been taken and here we all are not getting even 2g network. Forget 3g & 4g

    @BSNL_AS I have subscribed for Bharat Fibre Tele No.03712260976 (Account No.8008665813). It is 300Mbps but I m getting less than 50 MBPS with Ping 150 ms. I complained to the BSNL Rep at Air Force Station Tezpur but in vain. Please intervene and resolve the problem. Thanks

    @BSNLCorporate Only because your un-workable style, people left BSNL and MTNL. No problem is being created to me by your ill-working. I have another sim. But rest assured, despite all efforts, this BSNL will be sold as SCRAP. You ppl r doing no harm to me. You are harming yourselves.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate-I am Planning for the FTTH to my home in odisha but I AM NOT GETTING ANY HELP FROM Bsnl odisha .I have given my contact number and address DM them but nobody responded to that . Not sure what I need to do next to get a connection.

    @CMDBSNL Dear sir, My no is 9484200200. BSNL staff is saying tht my no is disconnectd and i cant get it back due to non usage from last 8-9 months. In the said term they have acceptd my bill 3 times. I've receipts also in my name. Thy dint evn communicate once abt this. PLS HELP

    @BSNLCorporate Your service level is hitting nadir day by day. There is no mobile network for BSNL users in Sonbhadra (UP) for third day now and nobody from BSNL cares. @bsnlupe

    Same feature I was able to enable in @AxisBank in just one visit. Such high level of ignorance to customer was once observed from BSNL. We very well know what happened next!
