    Govt. Should infuse capital for 4G in BSNL. Govt. Should understand that telecom is backbone of economy as most of the business applications used now a days are online. Now only 2-3 pvt telecom service providers are left. They will never cater to complete India.

    @ViCustomerCare Reached out via call, app, and mail to port my CORPORATE number from BSNL to Vodafone, but got zero support. It’s been 3 days and my UPC expires today. If this is how you treat potential customers, I wonder how bad it gets for existing ones.

    @JM_Scindia Sir, I took BSNL sim 6 months back, there was no voice call problem but internet was poor. But during last 3 months there is total deterioration. Is there a conspiracy to privatise? Full walkover to private players or its corruption ??

    BSNL 4g is very poor network I think swadeshi network is very poor in Kolkata area now we decided we port my number to airtel for better network @bsnl_care

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 so basically it's us who are paying them... there is no role of BSNL... if BSNL had given a portion from his revenue then we could have thought about that... but BSNL here is just giving customer's portion to the donation

    @narendramodi @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate The poorest of poor in Bihar ,/ Jhatkhand, not able to keep mobile communication below 0.5% of salary i.e. essential calls & service sms & are forced to go for higher plans of BSNL. The plans should be between 50 to 100/- rupees only.

    @bsnl_care No correction in my issue after 3 days of this complaint.Voice is Cracking/ Disconnecting,Data is showing 4G but all website and Android applications only BUFFERING. No Call or Message reply from BSNL.Did some local BSNL staff is Corrupted by Competitors/Rivals? TAKE IT SERIOUSLY

    They assure me every time for redressal of my problem within 72 hrs. But nothing changed. I also lodged my complaint over BSNL app but they are showing my problem resolved without any solution. My problem still continues. Kindly help me if you can do something.

    @JioCare May I know a specific timeline? How long it would take to resolve the issue as I am left with no wifi internet connection, since last 2 days ? If the same isn't resolved by today or max tomorrow, I will have to switch to Airtel / BSNL
