    Govt. Should infuse capital for 4G in BSNL. Govt. Should understand that telecom is backbone of economy as most of the business applications used now a days are online. Now only 2-3 pvt telecom service providers are left. They will never cater to complete India.

    @BSNLEmployees Are they really working there best to provide service to customers?. In the era of 5G BSNL asking customer to use 2G / 3G phones as they are not supporting to latest handsets. According to work they are working there growth & post must be monitored.

    @bsnl_care Otherwise, I will have to complaint about irregularities in department on IGRS and Consumer Forum for fooling customers in name of Add-on data when you don't know the meaning of Add-on data. Share with me any such guidelines or proof for the same. #RequestForChange #NewBSNL #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Value is, you get refund after a year with lot of follow ups. Benefits are you are not given rebate if network is down for more than 5 days. This is bsnl broadband where I have experienced in the last decade.
