    Govt. Should infuse capital for 4G in BSNL. Govt. Should understand that telecom is backbone of economy as most of the business applications used now a days are online. Now only 2-3 pvt telecom service providers are left. They will never cater to complete India.

    @BSNL_KTK BSNL FTTH is not working in entire village from last 10 days. Location Mathimane Hosanagara Shimoga landline number 200053. Nobody is taking any action against the complaint. Poor service from local franchisee.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Hi Sir. It's been an year and my simple issue has not been resolved. #OA_Katihar is directly denying to help stating that he's not technically experienced. This is happening at the ground level. I believe #BSNL can't make their customers satisfied with these employees.

    @OlaElectric @PrithvR You guys sound like a BSNL customer representative. I mean what is the point of having a call center of all the issues need to be escalated on social media.
