    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I've been using BSNL after porting from Jio for lower price and higher validity, but in Gudur village (Kamalapur, Hanamkonda, Telangana 505102) I barely get 3G/4G—or even 2G. People say coverage is only ~1 km. Is it worth paying for such service?

    @BSNLCorporate Extremely disappointed with BSNL service. My broadband has been down since last night. Complaint ID: 1064278142. But no response from local team even after 12+ hours. Please escalate this immediately or I’ll be forced to raise it with DoT/PGPortal. Loc- Moradabad

    @Faraz_x_ @TanaysinghT All Samsung budget 5G phones support BSNL 4G 700 MHz band. However, not all non-Samsung 5G phones support it. Even Redmi 13 5g.

    @TanaysinghT Very inconsistent network for calls. Mobile data is bad. Plans are cheaper. Many users have reported more battery consumption when using BSNL SIM because of network fluctuations.

    I personally think BSNL should focus network upgrades, stability and maintenance. Apart from these, they should work on BSNL selfcare app. Like the UI needs complete overhaul. Add the feature of convert to postpaid, eSim online), Hello tunes, Int'l roaming without changing sim.
