@rsprasad , Sir it looks like postal department is going in the BSNL way ,arrogant employees and poor customer relationship,they don’t accept speed post if there is a pendrive inside,We had a hope that the system will change but looks like you are helpless ,post office 682030

@BSNL_MH why is bsnl barring my porting request messages to 1900? @TRAI should look into this. A quick look around on internet shows that many people have had this problem. Apparently these companies are blocking msgs to 1900 to prevent customer migration. Strict action needed.

On the top of it, BSNL customer care shown unwillingness to file a complaint in this regard saying there is no provision for filing such complaint. Do we have to read between the lines even for Govt. Telcos plan details!
