Agreed Sir!But the problem lies with its ground level services. My landlines remained dead for about 4 months. On my every complaint during the period, sms were received stating the problem has been resolved without making my landline work. Services can be outsourced to save BSNL

@BJP4India @narendramodi @AmitShah I m a poor and silly chowkidaar of BSNL, who could do nothing but see it ruined since 2014. I helplessly witnessed its journey from NAVRATNA to INCIPIENTLY SICK. @JioCare Please understand it's an issue of 2 major cities & may b couple of dists and must be lakh+ subscribers. If you have sense and sincere, check with your local team escalate the matter, learn from your competitors like #BSNL @airtelindia @VodafoneIN @Idea and solve the issue ASAP.

It is very sad that even after giving complaints, there is no response from @BSNL_OR @bsnlbroadband . Even if you are not able to resolve the issue quickly, atleast you should enquire about the problems being faced and give approximate time required to solve the issue. #BSNL

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR #BSNL Today is 4th consecutive day I am not getting signals in my BSNL modem. Registered complaint 2 times for this reason, but the customer care representative is unable to specify the reason. Resolve the problem as soon as possible.

I see millions of complaints against #BSNL #airtel #Jio #vodafone online. Sure those are never going to get fixed. The most simple fix is - get the pricing right and automatically the traffic will come down on your nodes - which will balance the network usage+QoS gets better.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Vodafone right through its journey from Max Touch to Hutch to Vodafone to Vodafone Idea (Vi). Now if Birlas sell off to the Govt, I am not sure I want to continue as this becomes BSNL, maybe…?!

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle When contacted with CC, they said the plan was updated a day back. But BSNL team is not bothered about updating the same to customer untill the recharge is done. And the CC exc have discnctd the call in the middle of the conversation. No doubt why people call BSNL as pathetic.

@aksiiita06 @vijaygajera And the same bsnl f*cked us till Jio was released by charging 100 rs for 1 GB data. Ambani gave us the cheapest data and call service which they never tried to give us until everyone left BSNL
