BSNL stands for Bhai Saheb Nahi Lagega. My landline phone was dead for a year and officers gave damn to me when I said I would take up to higher authorities. Phone nos are not updated on website making it convenient for officials to be in slumber. Pathetic

@JioCare Please understand it's an issue of 2 major cities & may b couple of dists and must be lakh+ subscribers. If you have sense and sincere, check with your local team escalate the matter, learn from your competitors like #BSNL @airtelindia @VodafoneIN @Idea and solve the issue ASAP.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR My landline number is 0674-2560701. For the last 3 days my broadband is disconnected. Called several times to SDO but nobody picked up. Worst service ever seen in life. Please close bsnl corporation so that customers will not be harassed.

@BSNLCorporate I am facing issues with bsnl fiber since past 20 days. I have opted for 60mbps but Speeds have been constantly very less ,download speed is less than 30mbps and in peak hours. Complaints raised are being closed without any resolution with CR2065 as the comment.

@arpitachatter Never used jio even now with bsnl close to shutting shop. Don't buy anything reliance on the stock market, don't go to reliance shops, don't buy Fortune, etc. by Adani. Loved Urban Ladder but now owned by reliance so won't buy anymore. Small principles but important for me.
