    For your information, our landline is the ONLY connection left in our entire area. People have disconnected the lines due to bad service. Still we have trusted BSNL and kept the connection alive. But all our complains fell on deaf ears since 3 months. It's really irritating.

    @manojsinhabjp I know because I complained repeatedly with mails, twitter,customer care,grievance cell.the local BSNL Odisha BBSR has taken a stand not to repair the phone.let me suffer .I am also not going to leave the complaint.Hence decided to surrender the phone on 28thjune

    @AshishEdsikar @elonmusk Hmmmm.... Fiber Cable kahan milega bolo... wahi karna baki hai. BSNL apply kiye hue 2 months ho gaye. Uske like grievance portal me complaint, ussme bhi last update 10th August ka tha... ab #atmanirbhar hi hu! Full.

    Fustrated after only 2 months of bsnl fiber connection. Very bad service and literally no support from local bsnl office. This attitude really point why should have privatisation. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Dear sir its an serious issue in our area(bentkar,42 mouza exchange,cuttack district),in last 18 hours we are unable to use any service (bsnl fiber net and mobile network) due to electric fault,sorry to say there is no single backup service.

    @BSNL_OR, Hi Got my new BB FTTH connection but due to some issues modem got reset & from last two days BSNL staff's are not responding. Need ISP credentials to reconfigure the modem. Location - Kantapada, Cuttack, Odisha

    @BSNL_OR , Broadband connectivity is unavailable from today 7 AM in Kantapada, Cuttack. Why such a bad internet service. This is not acceptable from BSNL. @BSNLCorporate

    @DoT_India I am senior citizen patient in difficulty. Houserent of BSNL exchange at NISCHINTAKOILI Cuttack district Odisha not received six months from sept to Feb. 22 mail sent but no reply. Please help and instruct BSNL Cuttack for rent payment. Regards

    I had paid my FTTH bill on 18th Sept, due date was 20th sept , BSNL team had their end technical problem and now my number is barred.who will help activate my connection as Customer care was not able to activate it.?????

    @BsnlCmd @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Please repair my bsnl broadband The speed is really slow I'm paying for 10Mbps and not even getting 4Mbps If problem still continues till end of Dec 2019 then I'm disconnecting n even telling ppl not 2 get new BSNL Broadband or Fiber connection

    @CMCCuttack No sound in the video. Sad to say no network inside Balijatra. We separated n couldn't contact each other. Even BSNL is not working. A great blunder.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Does BSNL expect that people will keep paying without any services. My landline 0674-2592680 is dead since Cyclone Fani. I am paying rental every month. Never delayed paying bill of my postpaid mobile 9437030370. But it's neither good data nor clear voice.

    @Naveen_Odisha WFH , we are working but bsnl internet is disrupted in between. Please provide good internet service so we can complete our work. No private isp atleast to compare. Think about you it sir.

    Many time I think I will port my connection to BSNL and today I came to BSNL office BJB nagar near kalpana... but at 4:15 office as well customer care counter is closed. Its disappointed a lot.... many people also returned in front of me with some complain.

    Hi @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Why am i facing poor network connection in my phone (after porting from VI) I have 2 more bsnl users in my family but neither of them are facing any issues.

    @BSNLCorporate 4 days continuing bsnl no action taken yet. Called to customer service the guy is saying go to bsnl office. I won't be surprise if they recommend jio fiber

    I have given port in req in BSNL from Airtel for esim after porting I got email of QR from bsnl for esim but its been 11 hours no signal is there i switched of on the phone many times and customer care dont even knw abt it n said number not showing @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB @TRAI
