@Ranjan_Nayak BSNL installed fibre optic within 2 hours. Faster than jio or airtel. Service is very good.

@DoT_India ,@rsprasad ,@TRAI My BSNL landline is dead frm 27th may20,my complain no.15486505242.even if repeated mails, twitter complains,mail to appellate authority,talking with customer care has no effect till date.more over BSNL has sent me the bill which is attached.very sad

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @rsprsad @DoT_India even if my repeated appeal BSNL not corrected my dead phone even if one month passed vide complain no.15486505242.hence I am compelled to surrender the landline on 28th June. Because of this poor support BSNL is at loss. Thank you BSNL

@TRAI BSNL Odisha has send me the bill for the month of June even if my phone is dead since27.5.2020 which I have paid also as I am going to surrender the phone(0674)2420900 today 30th Junefor BSNL very callous attitude & poor service.kindly look into the matter.

@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Does BSNL expect that people will keep paying without any services. My landline 0674-2592680 is dead since Cyclone Fani. I am paying rental every month. Never delayed paying bill of my postpaid mobile 9437030370. But it's neither good data nor clear voice.

@BSNL_OR Sir, I am a Customer of BSNL Cell One since it's inception. I am now residing in Bhubaneswar for last 02 years. But I find the service of BSNL Mobile Service in Bhubaneswar is very very poor with Call drops,No Connectivity, very slow internet. Please improve @PMOIndia

@pureodiasaswata @OrtelComm @OrtelFtth I was one of the first customer of sky view then went for BSNL broadband then later switched over to Ortel FTth then to BSNL Ftth with a hope to get better service. Later disconnected all connections!

@manojsinhabjp I know because I complained repeatedly with mails, twitter,customer care,grievance cell.the local BSNL Odisha BBSR has taken a stand not to repair the phone.let me suffer .I am also not going to leave the complaint.Hence decided to surrender the phone on 28thjune

@Footlooseand @ProsaicView I stay in the fringes of a large town. Only BSNL network available here. No Airtel no Jio. Net data is slow because BSNL has not been permitted 4G despite the employees' demand. I use broadband wifi for net data. BSNL Tarriff is lowest. Fault attendance is prompt and courteous.

@BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Recently noticed that BSNL Data speed/conn. goes to "E" when preferred network is set to LTE (where BSNL 4G is not available). But,when changed to "3G",data speed/conn goes to "H".Confusing!🤔Best data speed should automatically come when set to LTE. FYIP.

@bullrefuter Sir it is reported from call centre manager that what you intimate is very likely a BSNL problem. The line was down at our end and it was ringing at BSNL end could have been issue. The concerned officers and EE were informed. They contacted BSNL and got it rectified.
