    @BSNLCorporate Housing Board, Charbatia is a big campus having nearly 700 houses of different categories. Nearly 150 landline phones were there whereas now very few due to poor service of BSNL. OPTIC FIBRE should be provided immediately. But there is no provision as ascertained.

    @snaik_bsnl @PrakashJavdekar time to move out of BSNL,may it be land-line, fiber BB connection. Insensitive team. Since 48 hours complete blackout in Bhubaneswar , neither the local SDO, maintenance team nore customer care , can b reached. Pathetic service during online classes @BSNL_OR

    @BSNL_OR I am very glad to know that after 20 years I have received a call from BSNL before day before yesterday that they will resolve my issue, but let us see when it will be solved

    @Ranjan_Nayak BSNL installed fibre optic within 2 hours. Faster than jio or airtel. Service is very good.

    @BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl Great to hear this slogan but the reality is opposite, since last evening no Opt.fiber connections in Kanan Vihar -Phase 2 , BBSR. I'm sure many other areas would have been affected with this interruption. Can't reach out to BSNL service agent. Can we expect early restoration.

    @BSNLCorporate @NEERAJTendua Bsnl is just ****...no promt actions will be taken by you...rather more shitter your service will become. This happens when a lot of uneducated usless people you hire who sit in office with no knowledge how to deal with customers 🙏

    @BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl It's 48 hours now, complete blackout in Patia area. Incentive team of BSNL. Seems BSNL is rolling out a supportive strategy for JioFiber. Customers can move to avail the much awaited service at competitive cost.

    @BSNLCorporate why BSNL treat Odisha people as migrant. All good plans are available almost all over India but not in Odisha. As I am a great support or of BSNL since 2005. But its hurt me a lot how they behave with us

    After facing problems of Broadband, I applied for Fiber connection. I have paid my fees and deposited Demand Note in respective BSNL branch. But still no response for this. When I call BSNL SDO, Mcs, BBSR nobody receive the call.@BSNLCorporate

    @NEERAJTendua @BSNLCorporate Not a single Indian will denie that fact that BSNL is just loot people. You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate I NVR get network in Maruti Vihar back of MG metro Gurgaon. I have lodge same complaint to BSNL last year. till date no network .only few words.we are doing. It's come under MTNL.

    @CMDBSNL Inspite of raising complaints thrice in the past 3 weeks,no service technician has attended the complaint yet(033-25912633). Why are the complaints being closed repeatedly by BSNL without service technicians addressing the issue ? Please restore the connectivity asap.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi, I'm Sidharth A P. I want to downgrade my broadband plan to Fibre Basic Plus since I'm moving from home to office city. I tried to do this in Bsnl selfcare site, but there's no option to do so. Customer ID : 4024586010 Billing Account number:9039041758
