BSNL has become deaf and dump and not even caring social media. Yesterday for some time BB service was perfect but today it is hopeless. Nobody is lifting phone in exchange. Perhaps only moto to cheat the public like me.

Hv broadband also n out of order since more than a month. 0674-2370725. already make requested n visited BSNL office but still not restored... I think we can not rely on the BSNL anymore n need to shift to private players due to service quality. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad

@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate #BSNL Broadband was worse than mobile data since 4 months. Now landline down since 1 month. But getting full bill for months service. After lodging complain the contact no of retired linesman are given via SMS. Unacceptable service by BSNL in Bhubaneswar.

For your information, our landline is the ONLY connection left in our entire area. People have disconnected the lines due to bad service. Still we have trusted BSNL and kept the connection alive. But all our complains fell on deaf ears since 3 months. It's really irritating.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I’m a BSNL mobile user since 2001. Live@my res- Ghatikia, Bbsr in front of OUTR campus. Bsnl network here doesn’t allow to complete a talk even for 60 seconds & this problem is perennial since last 5 years. Will u kindly do something to improve or I’ll port?
