You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

Its disappointed a lot.... many people also returned in front of me with some complain.

I have 3 other bsnl operators in my family but none of them fave any issues...and this has started after i have ported my sim from VI to Bsnl. This is my 2nd time raising the issue.

Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

They should focus on cost effective mobile plans (significantly cheaper than pvt) with better quality of service.
