@BSNLCorporate It seems...there is absolutely no responsibility of local service vendors of #BSNL towards consumers. There is also no other wifi operator in my location.... PSC on IT chairman @ShashiTharoor pls, take note of apathy faced by BSNL consumers. #India

The decision by India's Telecom Minister to give 1,64,000 crores to BSNL, a govt run company which is failing at every turn is simply bad economics. The total money accrued by 5G Auction from private telecom companies combined is less than that amount given to BSNL.

@haryanabsnl Despite Goverment (Telecom ministry) warn to bsnl to revive entire system. BSNL not in work mode. Do not intend to work. I used to consumer 2 times of bsnl landline/broadband around 4 year's ago. Both of that time I'd lag behind because of sluggish service. 3rdtime

@ThePollLady BSNL's mobile internet services are not that good. They need to level up their game there. Last month I switched to BSNL fibre from their normal LAN connection. Speed is okay plus customer service is also good. Lineman is always one call away whenever u need him to fix something.

@ThePollLady BSNL won't revive in the main cities and tier 2/3 cities. But it will revive in the border areas and remote villages where private connection doesn't work properly. It's being done more for national security than just restarting a fledgling enterprise

@BSNLCorporate Dear Sir, As per field information, your issue was already resolved. The temporary fault was due to cable damage by different agencies during developmental works. BSNL is in the process of establishing alternate paths to minimize fault time. Thanks and Regards
