    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate everyday I've to used mobile hotspot at home despite bsnl broadband, that's how bad your services are. On top of that not once have i received a technician call/visit for 100+ complaints registered by me

    @BSNL @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ We are trying to contact with BSNL last 2 days for new brodband connection. We applied online but still no response from BSNL. Even Customer care is not supported in the right way.They disconnect our call.

    @nishthvanth I use both BSNL and Asianet. BSNL found more responsive and fast. Also get a landline connection for same cost. Buy faced breakdowns twice last month (cable issues, may be due to inefficiency of last mile vendors) Asianet is consistent, but felt interior than BSNL in response

    @nishthvanth Jio having technological advancement. They have full fibre network and a better router (both BSNL & Asianet routers are bad)

    @BSNLCorporate Today March 30, 2022 again BSNL issue and it's become a headache. Can things get normal out here. Like once a month there might be issues not every alternate days. Pls pls begging you guys... SOS
