    @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe The fiber wifi of bsnl is not working properly since a 1 month in vikas nagar kanpur.We have made conplaints and tweeted earlier also.Why no action is being taken.We pay for the services and then also this keeps happening.#poorwifiservice

    @pgm_pune_bsnl @BSNL_MH @cgm_mh_bsnl Hi sir , my location is Pune , Post- Bhukum, Near shell petrol pump. I am using Bsnl mobile network from last 6 years but this location is not having Battery support for BSNL Tower.Bsnl team syas no battery alloted till now. Pls resolve it.

    @BSNL_RJ i waited 30 mint for talk to your customer care but was unable reache. Went BSNL Paota office located in jodhpur. Building was so down but my concern was about fiber but there was two guys were talking to each other. Were no interested in my questions.

    @reliancejio At first upgrade your so called 4G Service then try to launch 5G. Did you know that your service are much worse than Bsnl. Even Bsnl Internet uploading & downloading so fast than yours. Now please don't shout for 5G because after few days users getting 2G service from your side

    @BSNLCorporate why the internet has not been working since yesterday. Even whenever I tried to call customer care they just disconnected the call after 6-7 seconds. Very worst experience with Bsnl broadband service.

    Hi @BSNLCorporate i am using bsnl fibre connection good speed and stable connectivity but why don’t you give option to the customer to upgrade or downgrade the plans online instead of placing a written request offline
