Hi @Airtel_Presence, I ported my number from BSNL at your Angamaly store on Thursday noon. It activated today midnight & I paid ₹350 for the first recharge — but there’s still no active plan. Customer care & thanks appbot haven’t helped. Please resolve ASAP — very disappointed.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS This is unacceptable — the internet drops every 10 minutes for 2 seconds, ruining work and streaming. On top of that, customer care isn’t responding at all. Fix this issue immediately or escalate it. #BSNLBroadband #BSNL

@TRAI @JioCare Your request has been rejected because your telephone number was ported less than 90 days ago. Please give me a chance to port out from jio. I recently joined jio. But now I want to port out. Too bad service (no network). BSNL is better than jio.

@IndianTechGuide BSNL is the worst of all. BSNL landline connection stopped working and inspite of complaining 15-20 times it wasn't restored for almost 6 months or so. And worst part was they were sending bills even when there was no service. Most inefficient work force.

@2AM_Companion @IndianTechGuide @airtelindia It happened a few months ago, but due to BSNL's poor service, it couldn't retain the customers it gained. There's a huge gap in the telecom sector waiting to be filled!

There’s no actual “quantum technology” (like quantum computing or quantum encryption) in BSNL’s Quantum 5G FWA—the “Quantum” part is just a brand name to highlight a big leap in speed and convenience. The real innovation is a SIM-less, plug-and-play 5G broadband service that uses an indigenous Indian tech stack and delivers gigabit-class speeds over wireless, but nothing in the launch involves quantum mechanics or quantum communications.

@malpani MTNL is defunct and will shut down, accept it. They don't care, like BSNL never did. Security deposits for MTNL, landlords, or schools are rarely refunded unless held in escrow. I had a BSNL connection, stopped paying, and ignore their SMS/emails, they go to spam.
