@IndianTechGuide Its a risk tbh. Even BSNL network users are switching to other networks, how would someone using Gpay or PhonePe would shift to BSNL pay?

@IndianTechGuide BSNL is late to the game. PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm already cover more than 90 percent of UPI volume. In July 2023, PhonePe alone had over 45 percent share. Unless BSNL ties its service with low cost data or government incentives, this app will just sit in the store without traction.

@CMDBSNL @bsnl_care @BSNL_KOTD Till now no network 4 days + no guarantee of restoration. As this is the replacement case I can't do anything you have to issue the sim as you are th original operator. But none of the people are doing anything and resolving. Check bsnl care dm.
