    @BSNL_MH I want to change (downgrade) my Bill plan against my BSNL Fibre connection (02029844052), through Self Care Portal only upgrade is possible. Is it that customer only have to walk-in to the BSNL office for such basic request?

    How many days does it take for #BSNL to install fiber at a customer's location? Ans: Forever. Something's never change. Feeling sad that even after being a customer for more than 2 decades, this is the service. It's time to wake up and change. @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe @bsnlupe Have my BSNL connection in Lucknow 0522 2328449 since last 25+ years. I pay yearly amt. Have broadband 10Mbps plan. Since May broadband never gave more than 2 Mbps. Since last 1 month, no internet. Complained everyday. No resolution. Help, pls

    @kundu_prashant @Debashreeta7 @KiranKS When private sector can provide better service with 9.7 manpower BSNL for same set of services was employing 92 employees. Can any business enterprises survive with such (in)efficiency. Less said the better.
