  Need genuine advice from people living in rural/semi-rural areas. First I installed Jio AirFiber full range everywhere, but internet speed was almost useless most of the time. Then I switched to BSNL fiber speed is actually very good, but the wire cable keeps breaking every few days and the local team fixes it whenever they feel like it. Airtel Fiber and Jio Fiber wired service are not available in my area. So what’s the actual solution for someone who genuinely needs fast and stable internet for work?   @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Recently got a new SIM. Outdoor 4G speeds are great, but indoor coverage is non-existent (zero signal for both 3g and 4g). Also, I can't activate BSNL BiTV due to a "no plan found" account error. Please fix both issues. Nigade Nagar,Ghorpadi,pune,411001

  @bsnl_care I will have to port and bear the loss of reacharge because of irresponsible BSNL 1. BSNL doesn't work in mumbai. 2. Vo-Wifi also doesn't work. Multiple complaints are raised, yet they get closed without any resolution or any efforts to do anything better. @JM_Scindia @CMDBSNL

  @Airtel_Presence I went to an Airtel Retail on Thursday (7th May) to port a BSNL No. to Airtel. Retailer told me that the no. would be ported on Sunday. I have received the 4G signal, but both data connectivity and Volte are not working right now. I need help regarding this
