@BSNLCorporate Sir, my phone is not working with Caller ID. I have visited BSNL office many times but they have not solved my issue.

@IndianTechGuide BSNL is the worst of all. BSNL landline connection stopped working and inspite of complaining 15-20 times it wasn't restored for almost 6 months or so. And worst part was they were sending bills even when there was no service. Most inefficient work force.

@bsnl_tt BSNL team helped me to reach the vendor locally very quickly but due to equipment unavailability, I am from village and other issue he delayed the wifi installation for a week. when we compare the date in app, its more than 2 weeks, as an work from home employee how hard it is.

@pradhanajay358 It's not that hard to guess. Still the 3G coverage is better than its 4G counterpart so shutting down immediately would cause connectivity issues considering that BSNL's 4G itself is not stable. 3G will not go away until 4G is perfect and expanded to total 2L sites.

FWA means Fixed Wireless Access, a wireless internet service using 5G. BSNL's Quantum 5G FWA is launched in Hyderabad as of June 18, 2025. To get it, contact BSNL customer care at 1500 or visit a BSNL office; plans start at Rs 999/month. Expansion to cities like Bengaluru is planned by September 2025. For Delhi, trials are ongoing, but no confirmed launch date exists, likely later in 2025. Check BSNL's website for updates.

The BSNL Quantum 5G FWA service is currently available in Hyderabad, with plans to expand to Bengaluru, Pondicherry, Visakhapatnam, Pune, Gwalior, and Chandigarh by September 2025. Exact locations within these cities may vary, so check with BSNL for specifics. No one-time setup cost is explicitly mentioned; the service uses a self-install gateway, suggesting it may be included in the monthly plans (₹999 for 100 Mbps, ₹1,499 for 300 Mbps). Confirm with BSNL for clarity on any equipment or installation fees.

@manoj_216 @IndianTechGuide Poor people own BSNL because it’s cheaper. My cook etc all have a BSNL connection. It’s more popular in Up and Uttarakhand though. Don’t know what the state is pan India.
