    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Since 5 months I am using BSNL Fiber only because to trust our Govt organization and using very good plan but every alternate day Internet is not working. Is BSNL is giving priority to individual Customer. Are you going to act on this concern. Balangir

    @BSNLCorporate it’s been 2 days there was no network in my area i have talked with officials they didn’t do anything and an issue was that when the electricity turn off there is no network why this was happening iam an old bsnl customer didn’t expect this 495009 birkona pls fix

    @PRSundar64 Makes sense. Loss converted into equity. Valuation affordable. Why not MTNL BSNL, huge customer base. Just upgradation necessary

    @BSNLCorporate @BsnlTamilnadu @BSNLTirunelveli I am using BSNL since 1997. Last 3 months line not working but they are generating bills every month. Today inquired about this with AO Tirunelveli. He recommend change to Fiber otherwise raise request for disconnection. (1/3)

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India this bsnl corrupt customer care services are doing nothing to recover my dead bsnl no 0121-2516645 i am on behalf of other customers are requesting you to pls resolve it which had been dead since 2021. I humbly request GOI to help us and intermediate.

    Had to take landlines thru pvt exchange via BSNL had to pay huge sums for STD) ISD. Remember paying ₹ 1,86,500/- per quarter in advance for 128kbs leased line. mentioning a few huge hurdles we faced with respect to govt apathy / bureaucracy. Power issues.

    @BSNL_KTK it's more than a week since I complained about dead landline.Apparently work is still pending,but my neighbours #bsnl phones are working perfect. The service person assigned to me claimed he had retired from work. #mangalore

    @bsnl_tt Since 3 days BSNL tower in our region is down No signal, No Internet it shows as No Service, kindly rectify the issue & restore the services as soon as possible.
