    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Since 5 months I am using BSNL Fiber only because to trust our Govt organization and using very good plan but every alternate day Internet is not working. Is BSNL is giving priority to individual Customer. Are you going to act on this concern. Balangir

    @manojananda @BSNL_AS @GoI_MeitY Please opt for jio or airtel fiber . Their services are outstanding in Ghy. Due to poor service I surrendered BSNL broadband.

    @vaibhavgTOI @BSNLCorporate @ianuragthakur This is why I dumped BSNL entirely. Fed up of noisy landline, poor broadband quality. And ofcourse, BSNL was sleeping over FTTH.

    @BSNLCorporate - 2 days have passed since I lodged complaint, the service worsened further. The net connectivity slowed down, unable to access what's app. Really, very pathetic service. Taxpayers hard earned money is being wasted in salaries of BSNL staffers. @ianuragthakur

    I had the connection installed at a rented place and I need to vacate the premises by tom. I have been trying to connect for past 3-4days. U have also started to work like bsnl. Everything is good except customer service. PLS RESOLVE URGENTLY, or tell me process 2 surrender 2/2

    @DoT_India Hope so, action will be taken soon from govt officials who are delaying. If #Bsnl is privatized I will be happy, as private firms work faster in such issue and they could have resolved it within a week.
