  Not been able to reach out to anyone (family) in #Kashmir for sometime now. Was communicating with them through BSNL mobile & landline - only services that weren't cut off. Both seem to have stopped working now. It is a total communication blackout. #SASGeelani #Srinagar

  @meenwhile BSNL broadband and bsnl fibre are working. Jio fibre is down. No idea about others. But they are working in intervals and speed is okayish.
