    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Since 5 months I am using BSNL Fiber only because to trust our Govt organization and using very good plan but every alternate day Internet is not working. Is BSNL is giving priority to individual Customer. Are you going to act on this concern. Balangir

    @bsnl_care Simply you don't care about your customers.Had been it jio or airtel,the issue had been resolved.Thats why bsnl is sinking day by day. In my area, calls are connecting lately,4g isn't working properly. For how long we poor people have to suffer

    @bsnl_care Entire day i was waiting 4 call & resolution but no response, this shows how u work & difference btween a private & a government company. U proved why BSNL fall apart in last 12-15 years.Noting will change unless & until U will change ur way of working @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate

    @stufflistings BSNL has network coverage here, but the internet speed is too low, so it's not useful for me. BSNL is good for basic use like making calls and sending SMS.
