    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Since 5 months I am using BSNL Fiber only because to trust our Govt organization and using very good plan but every alternate day Internet is not working. Is BSNL is giving priority to individual Customer. Are you going to act on this concern. Balangir

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate landline 0731-2570092 is not working from 1 month Once technician came and said wire is to be changed but he said “wo apko khud krwana pade ga humare usse kuch lena dena nhi hai” Worst service by BSNL Kindly look into this on priority and get resolved

    Me who do not require 100mbps and 30mbps Jio must check BSNL fiber plans in which plans are designed for every customer but BSNL fail to provide services if you introduce plan of 50mbps plans more customers opt Jio fibre services. Hope for positive and early response from you.

    @BSNL_KL I am a customer of BSNL looking for Fibre Connection under the UDYAMI scheme, I am from coming under Kandassankadavu Telephone exchange. The exchange personnel are unaware of this scheme and aren't willing to provide it. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate , my internet was down from 25 th nov 11 AM. I checked with few peoples it seems like more than 80 members got affected with this issue. I also raised complaint with docket number 130643834621. Please resolve my issue ASAP. #BSNLFTTH @BSNL_TN #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR @TRAI bsnl ftth service works less than 12 hours in 24 hours, who is responsible for that and if no one is responsible just tell me I will change the internet service provider.

    In a month bsnl working only 15 days . Due to unavailability of bsnl we are unable to use banking services (OTP problem).Raised so many complaint regarding this but the answer is WIP( Work In Progress) .So many people badly affected from BSNL services in this area.

    @BSNL_RJ I was loyal customer of BSNL from past 15 years. Now due to poor services BSNL I have shifted to other service provider. Kindly improve your services and after texting for port even I have not received any call from BSNL. Means not interested to hold your loyal customer.
