    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Since 5 months I am using BSNL Fiber only because to trust our Govt organization and using very good plan but every alternate day Internet is not working. Is BSNL is giving priority to individual Customer. Are you going to act on this concern. Balangir

    @BSNL_KL But in BSNL most of the time we didn't receive OTP's. Personally faced this issues multiple times.

    Continuing... Called customer care and they are giving senseless answers. Isn't this an emergency case where user don't have access to either call or use internet. (Because I'm solo traveling, this situation is unavoidable) Regret using BSNL. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLGujOfficial

    @Airtel_Presence @calamur Err, as a Airtel customer of more than a decade on prime SB main road I am living with outdated copper wire Vfibre technology. While much maligned BSNL, Siticable are offering FTTH to subscribers. Airtel gives a cockandbull story of RCswitch

    @NagarajuDamerla @ViZzFans AP worst service ,intially had Hutch after that changed to BSNL and after to Vodaphone 5 years back ,signal is not good , now dont know improved or not ,

    @BSNL_KOTD BSNL internet speed is adjustable but charges are too high If BSNL solve this issue I definitely say BSNL started making profit
