  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Since 5 months I am using BSNL Fiber only because to trust our Govt organization and using very good plan but every alternate day Internet is not working. Is BSNL is giving priority to individual Customer. Are you going to act on this concern. Balangir

  1/ It’s 2025 and BSNL still can’t fix basic SIM issues. An 80-year-old man had to travel 100 km just to replace a faulty SIM — one linked to Aadhaar, bank, pension & health services. No doorstep support, no help. This is Digital India?

  @bsnl_care BSNL increases the price in the name of removing basic user packs. If you have the basic pack at least our senior and we used as second sim to support BSNL. @BSNL_CHTD you put sand on your own head in the name of reducing validity and removing basic packs. Get back 1198 plan

  Dear @bsnl_care I can't find any Number or ways to connect with you guy's, my SIM is not showing network and I do not have any other BSNL sim to connect with you. And you don't have any stores too like we see in the JIO and Airtel case, also your app is not that user friendly.

  @bsnl_care @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate 113787656 complaint no no one called regarding this and they closed complaint without resolution and informing me kindly look into this we believe bsnl thats why being customer even though not satisfied

  @Officejmscindia Sir, help us about replacement of BSNL prepaid sim issued from Kolkata but needs replacement in Lucknow as sim is corrupted. Kolkata BSNL informed about inter region sim is being issued under the verification from Kolkata but BSNL authority Mahanagar at is denied
