@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Since 5 months I am using BSNL Fiber only because to trust our Govt organization and using very good plan but every alternate day Internet is not working. Is BSNL is giving priority to individual Customer. Are you going to act on this concern. Balangir

@BSNLCorporate is best for indoor room. Bas apke pas latest mobile hona chahiye. I used on Samsung ***. Where @airtelindia or @reliancejio don't have 5G networks. Their 4G speed is very poor. Use BSNL as secondary SIM atleast.

Our BSNl broad band not working. I dropped the complaint lot of time but no solution. Every day network drop. Pls tail me the process, how to stop this service. Warm regards

@Charvaksmriti bsnl customer care is horrible, used to have their "broadband" internet a couple of years back, wouldnt work for ~10 days a month, had to get on a call with 4-5 diff ppl for them to even bother to listen to my issue, same issue with recharge also

@bsnl_care blocked my bsnl SIM, taken a new SIM. All mechanism failed to activate the SIM. The concerned person not lifting the phone and your customer care is helpless. can you explain, why one will retain the BSNL SIM after facing so many difficulties.

@TelecomTalk It's a scam, bsnl is replacing entry level plans by 1-2gb daily plans, but people took BSNL sim for entry level and budget plans not for 2gb/day, looks like move is to force people out into jio network @BSNLCorporate

@Charvaksmriti BSNL's service has deteriorated. I don't get a proper 2G signal inside my house.
