So will try our best to put our gravience to higher official of BSNL to get it reformed till last. BSNL should carry investigation of frequent network failure issue to find conspiracy @BSNLCorporate

I have bsnl in dehradun and the local franchise always update us with resolution time and do his best to resolve it asap. But in bangalore franchise and bsnl team hard put any efforts to even respond to our messages forget about updates on resolution. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate
