@ragul_ravi_1999 Yes, I done MNP, recharge with STV 147 and Rs. 20 for main account balance, important you should keep call to customer care and write email to public grievance (PG cell), you may find from Google respective BSNL Telecom circle PG cell email and BSNL C care
