@BSNLCorporate My biggest mistake this year porting to BSNL from Airtel. I have gone to 3 different BSNL offices in Lucknow to get the issue sorted. Really disappointed with the pathetic customer care

I have recently ported to bsnl from airtel. The bsnl office employee charge me rs 100 . After the activation of sim, it showed that i have subscribe to rs 1 freedom plan. Net services are worst, despite having 4g service in area. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_MH

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 This is a completely false claim by BSNL. The 4G service is still not available in Delhi as well as in the NCR region. I even have a written confirmation from the BSNL team themselves confirming this fact.

@GSAIGETOA I am not getting signals bcause of BSNL employees poor planning & roof top deployment & hilly terrain which they already knew still they deployed, so they don't care about network or customer service they just close complaints & grievances 🚨
