    Sometimes I feel pathetic about my country. In my area, they don’t have fiber connection. Only BSNL offers, which work on god grace, with no reliability. I tried Airtel and Jio. They only offer air fiber, and when they visited my house, they also refused, saying the network is weak. I live near a major hot-spot. I don’t understand what the issue is.

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Recently got a new SIM. Outdoor 4G speeds are great, but indoor coverage is non-existent (zero signal for both 3g and 4g). Also, I can't activate BSNL BiTV due to a "no plan found" account error. Please fix both issues. Nigade Nagar,Ghorpadi,pune,411001

    @BSNLCorporate Extremely frustrated with #bsnl ! Outgoing calls are not working on my father's number. When calling from another SIM, customer care hangs up or asks to call back after 5 hours. Pathetic service and zero accountability! Please resolve this ASAP. @BSNL_RJ @TRAI 1/2

    I already raised complaints more than 6–7 times, and many people here have also complained regularly, but the issue is still not resolved. It is very disappointing.Even BSNL is now providing stable 4G in this area. Then why is Vi still unable to provide proper network service?

    @Rohan_OrNah @boobtxpia in adani making glorious guwhati airport ? why are you so butthurt about it ? you cant even vcall it bad logically so you should stick with your agenda , and last bsnl incompetency is for congress that they made bsnl this incompetent that didnt even provivide basic internet
