Sushil Dudhalkar (@susdud) reported@AshwiniVaishnaw I have been trying to get a new bsnl connection in Mumbai for more than a week. Applied online then called customer service who asked to apply via WhatsApp. Did that too, but nothing happening. Things haven’t changed much unfortunately inspite of your efforts.
