@BSNLCorporate @TRAI Dear BSNL, are you even interested in doing business? 4G in my Tirtol area was working fine till 7 days ago, so I recharged 485. From that day, 4G stopped and even 2G keeps dropping. Is this how you run a service? Add-Tirtol,jagatsinghpur,odisha,754160

.@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @BSNL_AS I'm a BSNL Assam customer. After a plan change on Oct 30, my bill doubled to ₹2,793. I paid it to avoid disconnection, but it seems to have pro-rata errors. Please ensure any overpayment is adjusted as a credit on my next bill. DM for details.

@BSNLCorporate How pathetic your service is! While people in this country are trying to save BSNL, your authorized shop Ajay Telecom, Hajipur (844101) is overcharging for everything — even a ₹1 SIM card is sold for ₹100, and they charge ₹100 just to upgrade a SIM from 3G to 4G!

@TelecomTalk Signal is more important than speed because if there’s no signal, speed doesn’t matter at all. And with BSNL, there’s barely any signal, so talking about speed is pointless right now.

@MeghUpdates interesting move - this looks like Jio acknowledging that infrastructure gaps still exist in rural MP/Chhattisgarh. Rather than building towers that might not be economically viable, they're leveraging BSNL's existing rural footprint. Smart economics: share infrastructure where ARPU is low, keep capex down while expanding coverage. Wonder if this becomes the template for other low-ROI regions
